My $19 item was not delivered and amazon reps in online chat did not want to talk to me about it, saying as per our records it was delivered, anything else we can do for you? I had to call Amazon for the first time in 20 years just to hear the same verbiage from amazon. There was no UPS record, note or email, there was no picture proof on their side, there was no package left ( we have a camera here) but they just would not resolve the issue, This is something new, and very disgusting
They need to stop using the word prime on there item they don't go out and you don't receive them on the 3 day time they state they breech the written contract on there site they send your stuff at there convenience please take the prime logo off your site your lieing to your customers
These people on more than one occasion have reported order out for delivery and them about 8 hours later say it's delayed. They are like it's late sorry. Unacceptable business practices and unacceptable response. I'll order from Walmart from now own.
The shipping time is a joke they claim fast shipping but there supposed 2 day shipping is taking over a week if my wife wasn't using the online book site I would cancel my subscription
I don't know how Amazon does as well as it does. I have ordered several products and close to half were damaged, broken, dirty or looked used, missing pieces, late or didn't ever show up at all. I'm fed up with the site. One of my last orders was a bucket swing for my granddaughter, it advertised coming with an extra flat swing as a bonus, well the flat swing came but no bucket swing. How could they forget to put the MAIN ITEM in the box? They never cease to to amaze me with their negligence. I cannot be the only person this happens to!

But, as of late, severely rotted produce, damaged goods in general and frozen is no long as such.

I decided to try to buy a couple things on Black Friday. This item was shown weeks ago as $279.20, REGULAR PRICE. I screen shot, added it to my cart and planned on buying on Black Friday. So today is Black Friday and I went in. They added $129 to make the "Fake" price $399.20. They advertised this as a Black Friday sale from $399.20 down to $279.20. Which is against promotional pricing guidelines from the FTC, which they write is illegal. Amazon added more money to this item then was previously advertised, a sue-able offense and is against the law and bad for Amazons reputation. When I called them I got an out of the country customer support that was completely incomprehensible and did not understand or pretended not to understand.
I love shopping on Amazon, they have so many different products that you can chose. Bought some headphones last week, sound and quality are amazing

Daughter moved out three months ago. Tried to cancel Amazon and prime! Can't get a hold of customer service to cancel. They send you to other sites? I have been billed for last three months but it says I canceled and wants me to sign up? Do not go with Amazon or prime. They will bill you and duck your calls.just got billed 16.95 today again and can't watch. I don't want to. Good luck stopping the bills. They owe me 3 months of overcharge. I have to go through the hassle of changing my debit card. THANKS PRIME AND AMAZON!
The over $800 order I was allowed to place...
NONE of the products I ordered were ACTUALLY in stock, although they ALL claimed to be in stock.
Originally wasn't allowed by customer service to cancel the order ("your order is preparing to ship") Finally 2 different agents told me NONE OF THE ITEMS were in stock.
They refused to cancel the order so I could get my $$ back. Finally, I was able to cancel the order myself in the app.
Now I won't get a refund until the items get to their Amazon facility? They were out of stock on all these items to begin with it turns out, but they were allowed to take my $$ before my items were shipped, but I can't get my $$ back until they receive the items from wherever THEY ordered it from?!?!
If these items were not in stock, it should have said so on the Amazon app and I wouldn't have ordered them.
They refuse refund until they get the items to their facility...but they were NEVER THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE...
Walmart ordering and shipping is much easier.
These used to be the most pleasantly scented small bags for use in a bathroom waste paper basket - that is up until this latest batch was released on the market.
And one more company joins the ranks of the ever increasing list of businesses that replace their former high quality (and therefore more expensive to produce) product and replace it with their new, cheaper (for them to make) and grotesquely inferior product, thinking we're too stupid to notice.
What used to be a very pleasant lavendar scent has now been replaced by the cheap stench of a public bathroom in the subway where homeless sleep. And it is STRONG - make no mistake this horrible odor will put your lights out it's so intense. Think of the cheapest, most vile, industrial strength cleaning product on the market and magnify that horrific smell by TEN!
I now have to cut my losses (I bought 3 of these) and replace them with some plain old odorless white ones made by an entirely different company.
BUYER BEWARE: When Amazon says you can get it delivered tomorrow they really just mean "we'll deliver it whenever we feel like it."

Amazon Prime is now a bait and switch. You will not get your items when promised. When you contact them about it, they will just parrot what the virtual assistant says, even if you talk to a manager. And they just laid off thousands of employees before the holidays? Honestly Amazon is the absolute worst which is a shame considering it was a brand that built itself on customer service first and now operates like some sleezeball fly-by-night website your bank should be calling you about whenever you try to make a purchase through them. Their delays are literally costing me money. I want compensation, not to be bullied with claims that they'll refund or replace the item but it'll take longer (aka stfu and take it.)

Amazon is a NIGHTMARE.
I use to work for Amaxon, but my back started bothering me from lifting those boxes over 50 plus lbs, I ask Amaxon for some type of Accommodation (because I had back surgery in May). Well fast forward they finally gave me the Accommodation after a few weeks, but I was sitting at home without any pay. I was tired of them and their BS, so I put my two weeks notice in and they block me through the A to Z app. I really don't give a dam because the company will work the hell out of you. I have seen with my own eyes that managers do favors for people of a different race, but when you ask it's all kinds of paperwork. I say FUC& Amazon and the horse they rode in on. The only thing they can do for me from here on out is delivery me my dam packages. The End!
Amazon cannot be trusted and they could not care less if you are missing an important package, along with many other things. Amazon does not care about its customers. Amazon management just laugh, when a customer is upset due to not having received a gift on time for a birthday or holidays. Amazon management have told me that they make their money on businesses and could not care less about the average customer, no matter how much money they spend on Amazon. The drivers can often not be trusted to actually deliver your packages. They might scan you package, claim it was delivered and then keep the package for themselves. On top of this, if the customer dare let Amazon know that they package was not actually delivered, Amazon will flag the customer as being untrustworthy and someone to watch out for, when it is actually Amazon themselves who are the unstrustrworthy ones.
Amazon should be prosecuted for running a massive scam through their subscribe and "save" scheme. Not once, not twice but every time I have checked on my subscribe and save items from my initial purchase invoice and the price I originally sign up for, when it comes to the price on repeat subscriptions, they always raise the price and DO NOT notify you of it. Where is law enforcement on this? You steal from a store or someone, you will be arrested yet Amazon can rip off people by the thousands maybe millions and that is OKAY? What kind of corrupt country has America become when companies can steal from citizens and the country allows it? Politicians who get paid off by big companies seem to be accessories to these crimes don't you think? Don't take my word for it, if you have a subscribe and save take a look at your past receipts and you too will see how you've been ripped off by Amazon.
One main reason I have a prime membership and order everything from laundry detergent to leather opera length gloves is the, former, ease of returns AND quick refunds, but no more.
If your a frequent shopper, you know that after you request a return you have the choice of using a QR code that is scanned when you return at a UPS store, and most returns are free. If you chose a credit to your Amazon account it would be credited as soon as the item was scanned. No more. It took me three weeks, four phone calls and some yelling to find out that it will not show up as credit on your Amazon account until 7 days AFTER they receive it, and it's even longer for a refund to your form of payment. I sent items back two weeks ago. They were just received today, now I have to wait seven more days for credit to be available on my Amazon account! Not to mention I was told I would be emailed with an update 5 days ago, nothing. This is a huge policy change that I do not appreciate or the lack of understanding and customer service, which is usually excellent. Used to live, love, love Amazon prime. Now, not so much AT ALL. Will be cutting WAY back on purchases including clothes, shoes, cleaning supplies, beauty products, furniture, pet supplies, electronics, and more
This water filter is the best there is in the market. If easily purifies water by removing acidity in the water, and adds minerals.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
