I placed 2 orders and have been waiting on my paid for order.each time i go and check on the status of my shipping hasn't shipped yet contact customer service all you get is a preset questionnaire.last time i use this trumped up delivery service
My wife chose several BF items and chose to pay over 12 mos. Time, something offered at checkout. This is what she desired. About 72 hours later, her Amazon Prime CC let's her know there is a charge pending for the entire amount. She calls Amazon to ask about this and they say not to worry, this can happen and that the transaction is slated for multiple payments over 12 mos. Before she hung up, I asked her to inquire what will happen if a mistake is made and it is all charged up front. Not to worry, they say, we could always change that.
By now, you have guessed what happened. The completed order shows she is on a 12 month payment plan, but the single pending charge went through for the entire amount to her Amazon Card. When we called and spent the 90 minutes necessary to speak with an off-shore powerless-not-really-a-decisionmaker-supervisor, she was told there was nothing they could do. They suggested she send everything back and try again. Really? Order it all again and lose the 25% these products had at discounted for BF?
I have a better idea.
She has her own account. I have my own account. We also have one for our business. This is the third time in a year something like this has been perpetuated on us. Last time, it was items we needed before we moved and then left at our previous residence after they said all items had been lost three weeks prior.
We will be closing all our accounts.

Yeah Amazon did it again. Black Friday sale purchase 2 items, waited for a week then got a message that's it's going be late. Another 2 more day Another message that the order will be cancel. 3 to 5 business days for refund. So now missed the Black Friday sale. If Amazon can't fulfill black Friday sale.
I reach out to Amazon customer service trying to get a update as to why my package was not delivered and I was informed that driver "did attempt to deliver it" i was than informed to wait until the next day only for the next day to come and Amazon cancelled my item all together. No email was sent about why this item was cancelled and no explanation was given besides item may have gotten damaged and they don't deliver damaged items.
For the past 3 days I've been dealing with the delivery. I called and asked if I could have the delivery made to a locker. I was told that they couldn't do that because he's already has an address but I was able to change the address. So the next thing that would work out for me is to have it delivered on my workplace which is at a hotel across from my apartment. I told that I could only be there from 5:00 to 2:00 after 2:00 that we have to call me and make the delivery to my apartment but they would have to call me so I can meet them at the door. Apparently they made they try to make the delivery on three different occasions. The excuse for not delivering was that the doors were locked. It's an apartment complex and they stay at the door. Stay open till 7:00. I believe that they open from 7.:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. they kept on transforming from people to people. I think I spoke to probably about 10 different employees in the past 3 days. I kept on having to repeat myself every single time on my information. What my name is what my address is what my account is. Every time I was being transferred it got frustrating for a while. I have recording of how the last person that talked to me said that all they could do was offer me $15 for my time. I had to cancel a doctor's appointment, a date and the things I need to take care of on my half day that I don't work waiting for 5 hours for my delivery. Nothing ever came. I value people's time and I think people should value my time too. But for the guy who's delivering or girl that did not follow the directions, I'm the one the kids frustrated don't get the merchandise and I only get $15 out of it. This is so not acceptable. I'm so mad and upset and I have so many mixed emotions. I had never had any problems with Amazon since I started my account and then all three days of wasted time and all that could offer me is $15 credit. That's a slap in the face and tell me telling me how my business is not valued. I have the recording of my last conversation with a gentleman and how we went back and forth and how he agreed to everything I have said and then the only thing that he could offer me was $15. I would post it on social media but I'm going to wait.
This company is going to the dogs and I wouldn't even want me dog to count on them. In a world of so much online shopping platforms you would think they would go above and beyond. NOPE! They are horrible. And do not store ANY CARD INFO in your wallet because they will charge at will. They are reaping what they sow and I hope they go bankrupt.
Recently ordered a few things on a Monday, and chose 2 day shipping to get it by Friday, because I am leaving out of the country Saturday. It said "order within 'x' hours and get it by Friday, December 2nd."
I chose that option and then once I paid and placed my order the delivery dates started to change. It changed to Sunday, then to Monday, and now apparently it's coming on Wednesday. Too bad I'll already be out of the country! On top of that I called customer service to change the order because it is THURSDAY and STILL hasn't been shipped. And of course, I can't change the shipping address! It will not and does not even give me the option change the shipping speed back to standard, although it hasn't been shipped yet, and is not coming in the advertised 2 days! I am livid. A trillion dollar company and they are scamming people out of delivery and delivery fees? Bezos what are you doing? And then they say that they have to cancel two day shipping for people with prime because it's too costly for the company?! You make BILLIONS! And still pay your people TRASH! If it wasn't for the people or your customers, you would not have a business!
Horrible service, canceling my prime. They sent me a shirt that has stains and holes in the packaging and when I try to get a refund they won't allow it.
The Echo Show 10 I ordered came the next day, and the box was clean and dentless. The device was in awesome condition. Amazon rocks! Sorry I did not take any pictures.
I'm so disgusted with the way I was treated so rudly tonight for an order that 4 days late. The driver twice sat in the parking lot without leaving the van to attempt delivery. Then customer service who was extremely rude and laughed while trying to call her coworkers liar, which is the one who was respectful. I have a whole new outlook on Amazon and I will not speak highly of them again!
This was probably the most horrible set of experiences that I have had online shopping. This company made online shopping a nightmare. I had to worry about my order actually shipping, then I had to worry for weeks about getting my money off an authorization hold with my bank... For product I never received. I am canceling my membership. I will never use amazon for ANYTHING. I will not buy or use any amazon sponsored or supported products. I will not listen to Amazon music. I will not purchase or use Amazon based products. I will not use Amazon streaming service... and the list goes on... You have been replaced by Walmart... That is what happens when you stop caring about your customers and outsource your call center to India... Walmart has stepped it's game up... YOU ARE LOSING AMAZON... YOU SUCK!
I spent over one hour trying to receive my refund that i was told was issued. After several "whos' on first" text messages, in which they continued to repeat themselves, I was back to square one. Three different agents were online with me, and not one of them gave me the same answer.They said the refund was issued, my bank said otherwise, and I never received the refund. This was all over $8.71!
Amazon's past customer service was the only reason that I shop there. I will not shop there any more.
I am able to purchase gift cards to a variety of businesses through a work perk program at a tech company. I chose $150 worth of points to order Amazon gift cards and purchased a pair of pants. I received an email the next day, from Amazon, saying my account was locked for fraudulent behavior. I've called and been told someone would call back 5 times, uploaded emails from my work program 3 times, uploaded my I'd. Today I got another email saying case closed, they will not honor order or refund. I've still received 0 phone calls...in 8 days, from help. This is pure theft. I've used tons of these through many businesses. I've now reached out to the issuing company. I will never shop at amazon again. Their behavior is nothing but THEFT.
Black Friday I purchased items from Amazon and ZERO TRACKING!
Same day purchased several items from Grillparts.com shipped the same day with FEDEX I can see every stop on tracking and 5 day I get it today. Back to Amazon the TRACKING shows NOTHING still waiting for pickup. Ever since Amazon started its own FLEET of shipping 2 days went to 7 to 10 days! IF your LUCKY! Oh and the day you get it the TRACKING that morning shows it coming! WHAT A JOKE! Tracking shows nothing where its coming from!
6 months ago I needed a car part Amazon showed it in stock I even paid EXTRA for NEXT shipping so I can drive my car...Part arrived 5 days later! If I would of known that I would of paid the twice rate of the part at the local supplier! And drive the same day!
Amazon refunded my shipping! AMAZON just be honest so the public has the right to know! What to do...P.S. You must be INSANE to pay for your PRIME! It no longer exists!
I am very satisfied with them, everything that I order from Amazon was very good quality and I honestly don't think that they are scammers, sometimes it took some time to deliver you product, but that is only bad thing about them
100 characters isn't fair to fully express a review about Amazon. I TRULY HAVE been dedicated more than a decade and gushed over with referrals. Am I the only one that's noticed the crap sold lately though? Watching docs re: fraud products/name brands sold through Amazon, receiving second hand quality, spending more time at UPS returning products than receiving quality goods? Has Amazon become the new walmart? Started out great, monopolized, then threw out sh!t product to the consumer to buy another yacht? Amazon still has leading cust serv with any complaint, but Walmart did too-20 yrs ago. EVERYBODY knows how ridiculous getting help there is anymore. This is sad to see, a repeat, of another great company, to manipulate and sabotage us (your customers), just as any abuser would his/ her victim. Convince us that you're the best, there's nothing better out there,

Amazon made it extremely hard to change my name on the account and give a new card. It had been a couple of years since I ordered and/or been on. So they attempted to charge my card with my old name, but I tried to correct it and then froze my account. Gave correct email and phone number for account they didn't care, I called a live person. Still frozen. So I told them to get rid of my account permanently! Bet they lied and didn't get rid of it. Boycotting and showing people how i was treated, so they can boycott to. I don't deserve to be MENTALLY ABUSE BY A COMPANY ESPECIALLY AMAZON.
They will maliciously try to double charge your card, they will claim it's a hold but I know the difference between a hold, a pending charge and a purchase for my bank records. At first I thought it was just an accident but there doing it alit and I'm over them.I hope to get off my out and shop in-store from now instead of paying double, or not having package delivered, or delivered to wrong address. There not worth the price, or service anymore...There just not.
When Amazon says my item will be here between 5-10 or on Monday...that's what I expect...because that's what they told me. And I often buy with them based on that agreement. It doesn't always come true like they say. I feel like it's a sales pitch to trap me into buying from Amazon. And, hey I have Amazon stock!

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
