Bad delivery and customer service

I have been a customer of amazon for years recently all my packages are being left on the lobby of my building disattended. Packages are being stolen and I cannot get a replacement because I need to file a police report prior accordingly to customer service. I recently order a Echo show and the package was never delivered however it was signed by SP and when I called amazon they refused to refund or send a replacement. My delivery adreess included my apartment number. I recently asked one of the delivery agents that was placing the packages on the lobby why he is doing that to customers as the packages are being stolen and he stated that amazon does not paid them to delivered to the apartments. I have pictures of how they leave the packages on the floor in a building of over 80 apartments no security and open doors to the public. Is unnaceptable many of us has ring door cameras for the same reason.

Amazon are such scammers! They rip off poor people to get rich. I returned x3 items and 2 of 3 has been refunded yet the most expensive one for $200 has not. First of all they have sellers who lies about their description and no-one check on that. I returned x3 pieces of 10k jewelry that look and describes nothing like it says. The return I am awaiting my refund is a $200 10k necklace that looks like a child could of bough from a gum ball machine. Here is proof/ups label that I returned it along with two other items yet the seller states they haven't received it. Either Amazon has a thief or they just want to keep my money...;/

When Amazon started, it was phenomenal... Over 10 years ago... Today, they cannot even get things delivered to the correct address, and don't care if they do. Prime shipping is slower than every other company now. Walmart surpasses them!

Didn't received my order.

I contacted Amazon about my order and told that they will issue my refund as soon as I send my incident report. I did and called them back and customer service was so rude and told me that I can't get my refund and they were in such of hurry to hang up on me while I was asking for more questions. Horrible customer service and is not worth it to have a subscription with them!

So we have been trying to return product for weeks now. Finally called Amazon and said the company hired to ouck up all the stuff hasn't showed up the 9 times they said they are coming. She said all the items 9 thing. Will now be pick up by ups but then I get a text the next day from the other company saying they will be here today so I called Amazon again and they said the only thing ups is only getting the remote and the other company will get the res. So I'm done with Amazon. I have medical condition and appointments that I had to cancel to meet the pickups. I'm done.

Overcharge

I have ordered a lot of things on Amazon. Lately I have ordered several things for Christmas and Amazon has overcharged me for them. I called customer service a couple of times and they was no help. Be careful when you buy from them and keep track of your ordered.

When I used "track my package" the information said "delayed due to weather in delivery area", there was no bad weather in the delivery area! Then they supposedly lost the package. I canceled the order and re-ordered the items only to find out the prices went up. Shady business regarding this order, has happened one other time with a different order but otherwise they have been a decent company.

Disappointed that Amazon has partnered with Kohl's as a drop off location...
Kohl's was very unprofessional when it came to my sexual harassment. I was even pinned up against a wall in the breakroom and felt up. Another time my behind was smacked and grabbed. All on camera.
Then when I reported it, I was scolded and reprimanded as well. Then in the break room he was sitting at a table with people and they all kept laughing while looking at me and writing things on a pizza box. After they left, I grabbed the pizza box out of the trash and it had all kinds of profanities written about me. So I hid it in my locker and showed it to the manager later. Her only form of action was to move me to day shift instead of overnights. They also gave me a $1.00 raise and promoted me to a children's sales supervisor position. He continued to still work there. The managers treated me rudely because of that and other employees resented me because I was promoted unfairly. I eventually left my job at kohls because i was so uncomfortable. I was so young and naive at the time, I didn't know how wrong Kohl's had treated me. I still suffer from trauma of thinking about it, it might even be ptsd because it's been 10 years or so. I feel like Kohl's had abused me more than that guy did because they handled it so poorly and victim shamed me. As I got older and more aware of what kohls had done, I thought of reporting the company but I think the statute of limitations has run out. I see kohls also pretends to be big supporters of NAMI, like they are mental health advocates. That makes me feel sick to my stomach thinking about that. It's such a lie.

Amazon Pays for Fake 5-star reviews
I ordered a pair of hearing aids from Amazon and they are terrible.
Amazon mailed me a flyer "get $70.00 for a 5-star review. This is almost 50% of the cost of the item.
I thought this was a scam by the seller, since this is an immoral tactic. I called Amazon.
Amazon confirmed that it was their 'promotion' to encourage people to give reviews.
I said, well they are only worth 2 stars, I wouldn't want to mislead people, but I want the $70.00.
She said "you only get paid if you give 5 stars".
I asked "so, Amazon will pay me to lie to people?" And she replied "Sure, I guess. I never thought of it that way before."
I did not know that I had a soft spot in my heart for Amazon, but I guess I did, because I feel Hurt in my Heart.
My feelings are Hurt.
Amazon's rating system is a total lie!
Please say it isn't so! *a single tear*
I've reported this immoral behavior to the atty general, the federal trade commission, and even the post office (the ftc recommended the last, since the card came regular mail *shrug*. I guess it is illegal to facilitate crime using the post office for its normal uses.)
Has this happened to you? Have you ever gotten one of these post cards? This wasn't my first one. Other people must be getting these too.
Report it! Stop the abuse of the rating system at Amazon. If it is rated 5 stars it should earn that rating, not buy that rating.
Of course, get the money first! Then report them. Hehe.

Poor customer service
December 7, 2022

I have contacted Amazon multiple times about my account being on hold and they need to remove the hold so I can return a textbook. I keep getting the same response they are completing a form and someone from the accounts department would contact me in within 24 hrs. I have not heard from anyone in the accounts department about this issue and I have contacted amazon at least 10 times about this problem.

So far in the past 7 or 8 months everything has been at least a day or 2 late. I have an Amazon prime membership so I can get faster delivery and it's just a waste at this point.

I will not be ordering from amazon again because every time I it never comes when they say it will
And now I've ordered some stuff. Three dresses and my Husband Some water shoes because we are going on a seven-day Cruise And he Needs the shoes for the ocean WE Are going to three different countries I cancel two of the dresses because I won't get them until I'm Gone. So, i DON'T NEED THEM IF I'm already GONE WON'T DO ME MUCH GOOD.

They are delivering the items so late at night. Thursday they delivered a 1000.00 phone at 903 pm. I was already in bed. Here I am again at 7:30 waiting on another delivery. It use to be the packages we're on the trucks for delivery by 7 am now they don't even leave on the trucks until after 12 pm. What are they thinking. I can't even have it delivered to my job because they are closed. Ordering more and more from kohl's and Walmart

I have been an Amazon Prime Customer for years. I rarely get my deliveries in 3 days much less same day. I get it, I'm down in a holler in the sticks. Recently we ordered some chainsaw parts. Five days later... parts have not even shipped. More like TWO WEEK delivery... but at least it doesn't cost more than $184.74/yr...

You think you know a company because you have shopped with them for so many years and then something odd happens and you realize that you don't know them at all. Sometimes that can be quite scary. This would definitely be one of those times.

I'm not a compulsive Amazon shopper, not by a long shot. But, I do shop with them when the prices are right and they offer the best price compared to everyone else.

This particular time, a week or so ago, I was making a purchase on Amazon when I checked the reviews of the seller. Hmmm, no negative reviews. An Amazon seller with no negative reviews - how odd.

So, I clicked into the most recent reviews and what pops up? A negative review that had happened within a few days. I looked at the stars again and there were no negative reviews. So, I clicked into the one star section and what pops up? Unlimited pages of negative reviews! Interesting! And for anyone who wants to go to the seller's page and look at the negative reviews, please be sure to note that as of today there will be negative reviews and basically on a daily basis going back through the year.

So, I start reading through them. Now, this particular seller is in fact what I believe to be an Amazon seller and the negative reviews are quite interesting. Everything from they didn't get their order, to extreme delays in getting their order, to being told to "deal with it!", to the item being damaged or not what they ordered. Everything you could imagine. And what did Amazon do with all these negative reviews? They hid them from the general public. These negative reviews are happening on a literal daily basis as well.

Amazon struck through them and answered with a standard reply of "Amazon filled the order". They actually lined through the reviews! You know when you line through a sentence? That's what they did - lined through the reviews. That's why they weren't showing up in the overall reviews for the seller. Fascinating! Amazon hiding reviews. Why, I never would have thought that such a despicable act would be done by such a "reputable" company. (extreme sarcasm there)

My suggestion to anyone and everyone shopping on Amazon - click into the 1 star section of the seller that you are purchasing from and see what Amazon is hiding from the general public. I will be willing to bet you might be quite surprised at what you find.

And people say the world is getting better - I seriously don't think so.

BOUGHT 3 GIFTS IN NOVEMBER, ALL SUPPOSE TO BE HERE BY DECEMBER 4TH. ONE HADN'T BEEN IN STOCK SINCE OCTOBER AND THEY DIDN'T TELL ME TILL THE DAY AFTER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HERE THAT IT WASN'T COMING UNTIL JANUARY! THE OTHER 2 WERE SUPPOSE TO BE HERE YESTERDAY AND YET I CAN'T GET ANYONE AT AMAZON TO TELL ME WHERE THEY ARE! ALL I GET TOLD IS "IT'S IN TRANSIT" BY SOME SNOOTY EMPLOYEE WHO CAN'T SPELL BASIC ENGLISH WORDS!
