Ordered 2 items in which they told me it will be delivered before Christmas. Hours before delivery told it will be delivered late on Dec 28. I freaked out, called customer service for them to say there sorry and could issue me a refund. Are they $#*!ing kidding me! There $#*!ing scammers! Did not say it will be there to tell me it will be a week later. There so $#*!ing disgraceful to only offer me $5 credit is a joke. I will never place a order with this site as I know everyone does but they can kiss my $#*!ing $#*!

I ordered some items a week ago and they've been constantly delayed and "running late" since then. I was supposed to receive them last weekend, then throughout the week, now it's nothing. There is absolutely no way of finding out exactly what's going on and where my package is. I will be abandoning my account and cancelling Prime very soon. I don't have time for this stupid mess.
Amazon is horrible and the delivery service has deteriorated over the last few years. Gone are the days when Amazon's owner Jeff Bezos cared about customers and went out of his way to improve service and delivery. Now that Amazon has Andrew Jassy as its CEO the delivery service has gotten worse. The company has now been relying on the USPS to delivery package and as a result packages are not being delivered on time or not at all. I have decided to stop shopping at Amazon as it is just too stressful when it comes to the delivery. I ordered an item that was supposed to arrived and the package did not show up until 7 days later. I eventually cancelled the item and returned the package. Please, if you continue to shop with Amazon, you do so at your peril!
I actually deleted amazon from everything. Encouraging my family and friends. More than half the $#*! is trash, it's not worth anything to me anymore. I actually have patience, virtue, and planning. Taking more than two weeks for a month for a return of a $#*!ty product that didn't work in the first place is a waste of time, energy and money. I encourage others to participate in ways to force them to change policy as one of the biggest corporations in the world
As a long-standing customer of Amazon I will state that 98% of my orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner. Yes, some packages were not in the best of shape and sometimes delivered to my next door neighbor and I never lodged a complaint.
In having read many of the posts from dissatisfied customers, I do agree that Amazon fails to take ownership and accountability when they breach their contract with its clients. They will not issue a refund unless you send them a dozen inquiries. Chat is a futile method of communication as most agents seemingly don't know how to write, or perhaps, English is their second language.

To be honest ive heard the stories where people say " they charged me for the purchase twice" lately and now it happened. It's so annoying and if i had not gone into my orders to double check the toner i got i would not have seen it. They also provide no more refunds or replacements for the items. Leaving after the year ends.
I am beyond livid. I have delivery instructions for Amazon Fresh (groceries.) (Please call when you arrive and I will meet you outside). Driver did NOT call and left groceries on the WRONG side of the building. I am 75, carrying overpacked bags without handles and cussing all the way to my door.

The company and employees are great people to do business with they are very respectful, and will work with you to the best of their ability and knowledge,if something is wrong and they can fix it,they will. This is by far the worst company to purchase items from. You pay money for the convenience, yet the delivery drivers and warehouses can't seem to figure out the correct way of finalizing a simple task. The drivers simply do not care about the customer. They mark your package as delivered saying it's on your porch, by the door and so on. When you look, there's nothing there. Or they simply put everything in a big pile at a different address. What a bunch of BOZOS! I'd add a photo to show everyone what I'm talking about, but there's NOTHING to take a picture of, because yet again, my things were NOT delivered!
Amazon, one of my favorite companies in the whole wide world, or web. How's that for a play on words? Well I don't even pay for prime because I have Metro by T-mobile. Theirs prices are always one of the best & their products are beyond excellent. If you don't already mess with Amazon, you should definitely try to. You won't regret it..
Amazon, when it works flawlessly, is quite good...good prices, fairly good communication. But when something goes wrong, you have to "chat" to a machine (if those are people on the other end of the chat, then they're clones). Anyway, I get notices from UPS, "your parcel is on the way." Great, which parcel? Can't seem to figure out a way to determine exactly *which* parcel is enroute. Of course, I'm old and probably stupid where this stuff is concerned, but really...why can't AMAZON make it easy and just give the UPS tracking number on their update page?
I've order a bike (662$) from Amazon a month ago and the maximum garantee delivered date was dec. 8th. I've never received the bike and the status of the package is lost on their website. Amazon refuse to refund me because they say that I need to reach the carrier. I've tried all phone numbers, e-mail, website form of this carrier and the only answer I've received was to call back Amazon. I've reached at least five times Amazon and they still refuse to refund me as long as the carrier don't send them back the bike. I've been on and on between Amazon and the carrier and no result. This is a SCAM. They ask us for our money and keep it without giving us anything. It's the last time I order something from them and will only shop from local shop. Run from Amazon!

This is just a rental store with a few free turd movies. The ones you want cost money and the ones that are free are washed up. Dont take my word for it go check it out first.
Deliveries are often being delayed or just not delivered, and seems they got rid of "cancel order" option which was such a great feature! Amazon was great, I hope they're not losing it.
Having said that, the actually delivery people are incredible! Despite snow and other delivery services being rendered completely useless (FedEx, OnTrac, even USPS) these guys STILL show up in their personal cars! Wonderful people
Happy that my order was delivered when I went to check nothing at my door. I see the pic that was taken called Amazon right away to inform them that it was delivered somewhere else. I was told several times that it was still on its way. That is not where I live told them several times. They denied a replacement or refund because it was delivered. Told them to look at the pics from previous orders and even called them today so that they can look and see that it was delivered somewhere else. Supervisor Noelle said that there is nothing they can do. Even though it clearly shows that the driver left it at another place. Checked with neighbors nothing. I even have a ring camera. This is so sad that u treat customers like this when u have all the proof.
My package was never delivered. After calling amazon and being connected to the third party supply kanga supply thinking they were going to assist me, instead they disregarded everything I said and said the package was delivered "properly". This is my first time and will be the last time ordering anything from Amazon. Ups is not being held responsible for mishandling my package nor is kanga.
One of the delivery drivers took my grocery order to another apartment. I was even calling him to give him directions but he never answered the phone.And this is not the first time this has happened it has happened many times.I want be ordering from Amazon grocery fresh anymore because of some of their delivery drivers seem confused when they deliver your grocery orders

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
