Amazon has something called household sharing where they claim you can share everything that prime offers. That's not the case! I usually buy videos on my mom's account, but since getting sharing today I bought on my account. All of the sudden, I noticed only the new purchases were popping up on mine & I would have to sign out & log into my mom's account if I wanted to see the old ones. Contacted Amazon support & they sent me through six people. The sixth person almost completely got rid of the household sharing for half a year with what he had me do, didn't understand the problem & when he finally did said that that wasn't possible. I pointed out that how they advertise it is false advertising & he continued sending me links to all these random things on Amazon. I then kindly asked if since mine & my mom's accounts are linked through household if he could just put all the videos on one account since they were all paid for & he said no. So glad I have other streaming services! Never using Amazon again! Only buying movies through Apple now!

Poor communication regarding shipping

I have repeatedly had issues the past two years with the shipping of my products. Most of the time I submit an order expecting to receive it somewhere near the date they propose and that is what makes me choose that specific seller or product, especially with gift giving. I have received emails stating I'd receive my item the day of or the day after the email and when I go to the app to see shipping info, it hasn't even been prepared for shipping! So now after the items being weeks later than the expected delivery date at my time of purchase, I can't even cancel the order to go elsewhere so that I can save myself the embarrassment of a month late birthday gift! This is just insane and it's getting worse. This specific order had not shipped until within the past hour and was updated as being delivered by tomorrow from KY to VA. It's absolutely not possible.

I love using Amazon, but I hate how long it takes to get the money out of your account. If something else takes the money because they take so long to go through then they cancel some of your order and then can't tell you what items already took the money out of your account...

Hi,
For the last several months I've been charged $14.99 for Prime which I have never signed up for. Amazon has refunded the expense without being able to tell me why I was charged. I'm the only person on the account and have never shared any information with anyone. It just happed again and this time Amazon has refused the refund without explanation. I believe my only option is to delete my account and shop elsewhere. Not a happy customer after poor customer service. Buyer beware!

Your Amazon acct is very vulnerable to hackers...Info, email, credit card, etc. possibly sold to hackers by employees. It happened to me and many others. Amazon refuses to refund many victims. Beware.

Order got canceled at the last minute.

I needed groceries and was directed to this. Right at the last minute they canceled my order. They made me wait a whole day;( I went to see why and come to find, that almost all of the order was out of stock and prices changed on the three items that were available.?. Before I even put anything in my cart and checked out, they should've said, out of stock! Now I have to wait at least 5 business days for my refund;(. If I could give zero stars I would.

Paid 145 for annual service. Very rarely used it. Found out it was billy me monthly as well. Then they shut the service down and are refunding less then purchase price because taxes are non refundable.the picture shows what I came home to most of the time after paying for a year subscription and being double billed monthly. Terrible service. Tech help wanted credit card info before they would help fix problem on their end. Do not waste your time.

I oder a item on December 19th. It was supposed to be here on December 24. But it sit I the processing status for over 2 days and it never shipped. That was a lie. I was told by rep don't worry it will be delivered on time. There wasn't any option to get it delivered faster for an extra fee. So I looked on December 23. I reorder it and paid overnight shipping. I wad told by rep on about that order it was canceled by credit card company. So I called them and it turns out that rep lie. Then I spoke to a different rep and they said don't worry your package is on schedule. Then I called and spoke to a supervisor who confirmed that my package was on schedule. It turns out the rep and even a supervisor lie. It seems like Amazon is okay with there employees lie to customers. I would not recommend them.I am a prime member.I have had no issues until now. You can't trust Amazon reps. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Amazon needs to better with Deliveries

Highly upset that three of my packages that I ordered ten days ago are still not here and have been out for delivery 2 days now. You should pay your drivers more money and maybe they will deliver the packages on time. There is no excuse why I shouldn't have received my orders yet. What is the point for next day delivery and I pay for that service yet it doesn't come.

Worse place possible

I get 2 emails guarantee delivery then find out that I may not get my packages in time for Christmas. Not one agent could follow through with their guarantee shipping. I paid for prime and still waiting 2 days for what I ordered if not longer. Talked to Carlos the supervisor and got hung up on when requesting to speak to their supervisor. It's now 220 pm on Christmas Eve and keep on getting the run around on whether or not I'm getting them before Christmas. Talk about stress for the only thing my kids wanted for Christmas.

Multiple times I have dropped off a return at Kohls, received my refund from Amazon because it was entered in the system as returned, and then got re-charged many weeks later with them saying I hadn't returned the product. In addition, there is no way to talk with Amazon about the issue. The email they sent is from a non-responsive address; nothing in their website offers the ability to leave a review about their company or policies.

I have ordered the same 12 pack of drinks and every single time I get ONE can out of the pack and no matter how much I contact customer support they say sorry refund 3-5 days and then tell me to reorder it. Just fire the person stealing the whole other 11 cans. I called delivery driver and heard women coaching them what to say and he told me not to worry about it. I did not pay 13 dollars for ONE can of soda. This has happened 4 times in last 2 DAYS! Next time I'm going to be sitting at the door and demand the box out of their trunk. And I know the seller does send out the box because I've been ordering these for a while and never had a problem till now!

Shop Walmart instead

Amazon is horrible now! Packages are constantly delayed and items come looking dirty and used! Prime means nothing now. I recently had a package marked as delivered. Picture shows wrong house Amazon still requested that I need to file a police report even though it was their fault. I filed the report and then they said report has to be closed before they will refund me. Police said reports aren't closed unless someone is held accountable. They will have you jump through a million hoops just to not receive a refund. Amazon knows that the police won't close report but yet they still request closed reports. They also blocked my number from receiving calls. Horrible company now. Money hungry THIEVES!

Up until 3 weeks ago delivery service from Amazon was absolutely perfect. Now however they changed the pin location for my house without permission to a street 3 miles away. So now nothing is being delivered. Company so far REFUSES to change my location back to the correct address.

Amazon is getting worse every year. It's impossible to reach out to an actual customer service representative anymore. They take forever to ship and the packages come days late. Then you can't cancel when it isn't even shipped on the day it should be arriving. After 10 years of using, it will be my last.

My account was literally suspended for no reason on December 22,2022. I contacted the Amazon customer chat representative about my account being suspended. The Amazon customer chat representative had no idea why my account was suspended and apologized. The Amazon customer chat representative claimed that my account would be unsuspended within 24 hours. Five minutes later my reviews, feedbacks, and Amazon account was deleted. It is suspicious that many people that have high viewers and points on their Amazon account is getting automatically suspended now. Is there a problem and a target against people that have many viewers, points, and reviews on Amazon? Amazon Corporate Headquarter Office is 440 Terry Ave N, Seattle, Washington *******.
