I cannot say enough good things about this site! If you have not yet visited or purchased anything I would recommend doing so immediately. Any product you could imagine is sold here and with various pricing options as well as delivery options the saving can be tremendous. If you often order things online I would highly encourage paying the extra to sign up for Prime membership (free 2-day shipping) or even waiting until they have a free trial (they often do).

Cannot say enough about Amazon. Their customer service is A++++. Every time I have an issue, they resolve it. They keep customers happy and happy customers keep coming back.

I do A LOT of purchases online and I always go to Amazon first. I am a prime member and it's worth the money.

You can find, just about anything here. Everything I have ordered has been great, books, music, movies. You can really find some older stuff, from your youth. I love how, if your not in a great hurry, you get free shipping.

Everything I have ever ordered from Amazon has been a great experience. No issues on getting orders on time. I ordered a Kindle Fire in 2011 and about a year later it stopped working. I called Amazon and explained the situation and they sent a new one ASAP, with a return shipping label for the old one at no cost. Greta prices AND good customer service. Wish they had a store front!

I shop and purchase from Amazon at lease once a month if not more. They tend to have much better prices on a lot of items compared to other retailers.

I've purchased many different categories of items and haven't had a bad experience yet. I love that if you purchase $25.00 worth of products that say are eligible for Super Saver Shipping you get free shipping! Just make sure that you check the box that says "Super Saver Shipping" at checkout! I haven't tried Amazon Prime yet though so I can't comment on that program.

I really enjoy having the choice to purchase some items new or used (music cds and books). The great part is that some of these used items qualify for Super Saver Shipping which helps to save even more money! There are buyer choices listed to click on for the prices of new and used items so you can scroll through to see which qualify. The used listings also list the rating of the item; i. E. Used - Like New, Used - Good, Used - Acceptable. There are other types but I didn't list them all here.

They also have seller reviews for private sellers which includes their seller percentage rating. It's a good idea to click on their profile to get a better idea of how many items they've sold and view some of their feedback to see if they appear to be reputable.

I find that Amazon is my first stop when I'm at the start of the research process for an item. The user reviews are extremely helpful and I rely on them to help me make decisions on purchasing products whether I buy them on their site or not. Amazon users! Keep those product reviews coming, good or bad to help let other shoppers know what we as consumers think of their products!

I have been Amazon shopper for the past 7 yrs and needless to say their customer service is a five star one. Almost most of the items I have purchased from them have been really working great and they have return policy. It is a very safe site to shop with and your credit card is very safe with them.

I have never had a problem with anything on this site. Even if there were some buys that I needed to return, this was handled efficiently. I think the buyers are driven to do right by their consumers given the rating system.

Hands down the best online retailer. Best prices, customer service, reliable reviews, etc.

Amazon sets the bar for retailers, including even local brick and mortar retailers.

A great thing to do is to walk around local stores and search the same products on Amazon for comparison and reviews using your cellular phone and the Amazon app.

And they sell almost everything. With Amazon, you could survive without ever stepping foot outside to buy anything.
