We purchased a NEW Wii drum set (aftermarket) for our son for Christmas of 2012 from this company on their Ebay store. After the drum set had been used a handful of times, the green drum (the control basically) stopped working. We have tried numerous times to contact the company through Ebay, and directly through email, facebook, website, and their phone number. We have yet to receive a response and we are almost to Christmas of 2013. I live in MN and am willing to drive to their location, do not expect a free exchange (unless the set is deemed to have stopped working due to manufacturer error,) and have told them this. Stay away! Too much of a hassle and terrible customer service. The price you will save buying their products will not be worth it! Buy quality products from a company that will back them!

Bad customer service!
I placed an order for 50+ dollars to qualify for free shipping & utilize their 10% "Moble10" discount via Paypal. It was refund within an hour without explanation.
Bad customer service. If product is not available they should check would I willing to have back ordered. My feeling is that they don't want honor the free shipping because the item I ordered is 24 can of canned soup.

Great! Been using them for years. Never failed to get what I ordered and most are of good to excellent quality. Can also find many hard to find items. Shipping is usually quick. I have found that the best quality items seem to ship slower. Don't know if this makes a difference. Totally recommend!

Never have a problem after tons of orders. I use Amazon Prime so my shipping is free for many items. Even a crib, basketball goal and patio umbrella. All heavy shipping items. Orders are correct, always on time!

Unbeatable...

Unbeatable... my go to place for almost everything except fashion (they don't do enough luxury stuff). So easy to find everything at the best prices, to get reviews of the stuff and to check out. Despite having an iPad, I still rely on Amazon reviews on books and music before buying from the iTunes store. Great -- I can't believe I lived without it for most of my life.

Dear Amazon,
I love you. But I would love you even more if I could cancel an item that was being shipped. Often shipments take longer then the estimated time, but other then that I have no other complaints. Well, they should make all of their old movies on Prime for free instead of making me flip to netflix or Hulu.

I have been ordering from them for a long time. My items always arrive right away and without a mistake. The reason I'm giving them only 2 stars is that I've noticed when I reorder things from my order history that they have raised their prices on every item by approximately $2.00. So you really do PAY for their 'free shipping.'

We have a Prime account with Amazon and buy almost everything there. We live in mountain area and do not have many stores around. However, all the items bought on Amazon are always delivered on time, even in our location. It is amazing! We will definitely continue shopping on Amazon in the future.

I'm a Prime Member and I use Amazon for everything - from their subscribe and save (I use a lot of fitness products - supplements, protein powder, vitamins) to downloading books on my Kindle and watching streaming video on my Roku. Plus, I can get *almost* all of my holiday shopping done there as well.
