It's been our go-to site for anything book-related for years and we're finding it useful for all sorts of other things. For instance, we found a tail light for a Toyota Prius for less than half the quote from a local mechanic. (The tail light is now in service with no problems.) I did have one minor issue re Kindle: a magazine that they offer (and show as available for the Kindle) isn't supported on the PaperWhite. I didn't find that out until after I had purchased it and found it wouldn't download. It was easy enough to cancel, but that part of the web site needs improvement. For things non-Kindle I've never had a problem with shipping delays or other issues. Sometimes they have surprised us and the item showed up the next day when we asked (and paid for) regular shipping. In general, Amazon keeps surprising us with what can be purchased reliably online.

I have mad multiple purchases with amazon.com. I have been very pleased with the experiences. On the rare occasion that there was an issue with my order, it was resolved quickly. I will continue to use amazon.com for the majority of my online shopping.
I cannot live without books. Thankfully, amazon has plenty of those, often at cheap prices, It is also useful in finding books that are rare and out of print.
I used to buy some books from amazon, they all cheap and high quality. Then I try to order other things like mouse and keybords, it's not good as usual, there are something wrong with them. Customer service has really dropped the ball and have lost touch of what they are there for. I will nolonger recommend amazon or shop there due to the lack of respect that they have developed towards their customers. It seems like the bigger they get, the less they care.

I get an usb flash drive from this company these days. So yes the drive is inexpensive, but is it even worth it? I guess it could be if you really needed the storage and were low on cash.
I use the "Subscribe & Save" program monthly for various items. I like the program but you really have to keep an eye on your subscribe & save account, some items aren't available/can't get, etc. close to your shipping date. What I do now is start checking my acct. Around the 20th of each month to make sure everything I've ordered is actually available. Other than that, it's a good program to save $$$

What would I do without Amazon. 90% of the time it's the most affordable option for merchandise. I've had nothing but good service as far as delivery and customer service questions. I LOVE Kindle Prime for delivery and Kindle purchases.

This is a service (requires an annual subscription) that make shipping FREE for any purchase made directly from Amazon (usually, this is lower than the competitor pricing). Additionally, Prime gets you FREE streaming for tons of movies (usually not the greatest movies out there, but some good ones). You can also get an Amazon Prime app to watch movies on your iPad. And, with Prime you can "borrow" many different books for free on the Kindle reader so you don't have to buy them.
Amazing customer service, a lot of products on here are the cheapest on the market and super fast delivery, buy in confidence.
