I got an immitated product purchased from a seller on Amazon. This is not the first time it happened to me on Amazon.
I started ordering from Amazon.com about 12 years ago. Amazon.com is everything a buyer could wish for. They have multiple items to cover what a person is looking for, the prices are good, and they deliver fast. It usually only takes 2-3 days from the time I place an order until I receive the shipment. I couldn't ask for any better. AND, it's so much better than having to go window shopping until you find what you're looking for and the best bargain price.
AWFUL experience. After being one week late with my delivery and after approximately six phone calls to them and to LaserShip (the terrible delivery service they use), I ended up having to cancel my order. Do not order from soap.com. You are better off just going to your local store.

I don't know anyone who has complaints about Amazon.The amazing thing is this site is huge but their costumer service is friendly and accessible. During the holidays I was busy sending gifts from Amazon. A day later I noticed that I had completely misspelled a street address. The Amazon guy fixed it for me within minutes and package received so fast, you can't beat Amazon for prices and supper fast delivery!

I only had l problem with Amazon and it was with a magazine order - I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address (as it was for a friend) and it took a while to get it resolved. Otherwise Amazon is AWESOME - just be sure with magazine if you order for another person you get THEIR address in there not yours.

Low price & fast delivery. Most of products I ordered look like what they advertise online. The only thing I dislike is some of the sellers charge shipping cost too high. And they don't offer free return. So I have to carefully pick out the items & don't even think about return them.
I love this site, this is my go to if i can't find it elsewhere. I love that you get the option to either buy it new or used. I love the free shipping on eligible items. I also love that if i need to i can clean out my house of the things i don't use anymore and make some extra money. The only thing that i don't like is if i want to sell a book or a VHS tape for example, i would have to pay to sell it basically after they take out the commission. The commission is pretty high, but i know that my item is going to sell fast and there is some convenience to it. If i ever had a problem, i rely on amazon customer support to fix it. Many of the sellers have been awesome, once i bought some jewelery and it broke, so they sent out a new pair the next day. I wasn't expecting that from the seller but there are good people. If you ever have a problem on this site that can't be handled by the individual seller, then contact amazon customer service. They take very good care of their customers and ensure that everyone is happy. Make sure you read the seller reviews to get an idea on if that person is going to ship fast, or if the items are as described. Reviews are always helpful in every aspect.

Always find what I need, at a great price. I am usually able to qualify for free shipping. Order status info is readily available online. I like being able to see product reviews, but realize they are subjective; at least I can see the good and the bad and decide for myself! Even if I decide to buy locally, at least I have some perspective on price. Never had a problem with an occasional return.
IDK, maybe because it was my 1st time, but I ordered a print cartridge and a JVC mini-DV camera from Amazon. When my items arrived, the ink cartridges seemed to be empty, both color and BW printing faded. The camera keeps giving me a condensation error, and sometimes goes all black while I'm trying to film something.
They need to check the Quality Control of their merchandise before shipping.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
