Some clothing designs on amazon are good. I've taken a fancy on a piece of clothes and I make my quick decision to take it. I do really appreciate its workmanship. It suits me well and is pretty warm. The unpleasant thing is that its color is deeper than it looks on the website. When I see it packaged in a transparent bag, I think it is the bag that made it look deep. It is indeed in dark color when I put on the clothing.

Amazon itself is usually very reliable, but their "Amazon Payments" in conjunction with Kickstarter is clunky and frustarting. I tried to change my payment for a Kickstarter project and they told me my account was "disable" because they "couldn't verify" my information.
Now I must fax them my driver's license and to make it worse, the reward I wanted was limited and now there are no more. Kickstarter should use something better than Amazon Payments.
I have bought a book from Amazon, which is known as a high grade reputation E-book website. It could be memorized as a nice shopping experience for I got the book here I've searched for a long time in an acceptable price. Excited at the arrival of the book, unfortunately its package was somehow damaged due to bad weather. Maybe I should have bought it in fine weather. Hope next time it would be good!
Ok, I admit it. I'm an online shopping junkie. The good thing about Amazon is that it has everything you could possible want on one site. My only gripe is that I almost ALWAYS end up buying more than I anticipated. It's like Target. You go to buy one thing and end up buying 10.
If buying directly from Amazon and not from a seller, my rating would be 5 stars! They have the lowest prices and free 2-day shipping available. The most expensive things I've bought, I've bought from Amazon. Very trustworthy site.
Good selection, fast delivery -- worst packing ever. Two orders ago, when I opened the huge box full of heavy stuff (including canned cat food and litter) a bag of cat litter has been ripped open -- no surprise given how it was packed -- and went all over my floor, throughout the bottom of the shipping carton -- and leaving a trail as i brought it to the back of my apartment building. Took a long time to clean up. Got a $5 credit (and another bag of litter0.

Next order -- same deal -- this time tops of 2 bottles of dish detergent ripped off. Soap all over floor and all over 2 dozen cans of cat foot and other stuff.
Over an hour spent cleaning up after these guys.

I just love Amazon Prime. For only $79 a year, I get free movies and tv shows, (much cheaper than Netflix) Kindle books to borrow for free with no due date and free 2-day shipping. I am also having discounts on Amazon merchandise. It can't be beat.
I have to share my recent experience with Amazon.com. I am still in shock and amazed how wonderful their Customer Service is!
A month ago, I placed an order with Amazon. There were three boxes all shipped by UPS. One of the boxes, UPS delivered to the USPS for final delivery. This was the box that never arrived. I received a text from Amazon when it was delivered. But, it hadn't. It is a very long story of how bad USPS was to deal with about this "lost" shipment.
A few days later, quite upset with USPS, I emailed Amazon. This was NOT their fault, nor was it the fault of UPS. I told them that. I was just upset I was out quite a bit of money and there was no delivery signature and I had no where else to turn for help. Within one hour (literally!), I received the nicest email from Amazon Customer Service. They credited back the money (it was "in pending" an hour later on my credit card account!), wanted me to re-order the items and included the links to those items in their email to me! And, if that wasn't wonderful enough, they offered me free one-day shipping for "my inconvenience"! They also informed me that their shipping department would help locate that package with the USPS.
Today, three weeks later, I received another email from Amazon Customer Service. Their shipping group received that "delivered" package and it was marked "Undeliverable" by USPS!
A negative ten points to USPS, and, to Amazon, I am your customer for life! You didn't have to reimburse me for my loss, but you did! You were also able to take on the USPS when I was ignored by them. I just had to share my story about how incredibly wonderful Amazon has treated me.
I am not an Amazon Prime member. I am not one of their "regular" customers. I may purchase from them a few times a year. Yet, they treated me as if I was their most prized customer. THANK YOU, AMAZON!
I've been doing my christmas shopping on here for the last couple years, I find the prices are good and never had any problems with delivery. Items came as described. Happy with Amazon.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
