Im new to ordering from mail. Ive ordered 3 times from amazon in the last 2 months. When i havent been able to understand the screens or i have needed to remove an item that i already confirmed and paid for, their customer service has been wonderful and helpful. I had to return 1 item and the process of getting that returned was easy also. So far, i have no complaints with them. I like finding the items directly shipped from amazon so i can skip the shipping cost.
I absolutely love it for convenience and the ability to find rare things that may not be else where. Even if I don't purchase from there, I use the reviews to make decisions.

I purchased a "Graco Click Connect 35 LX infant seat, Gotham." However, when we received the product, it was not an LX version (LX version has no re-thread adjustable15 point harness and other exclusive benefits). I looked on the Graco website and discovered that the Graco Gotham infant seat I purchased from diapers.com did not come in an LX version, so a Gotham LX did not actually exist.
I explained the mishap to the customer service representative (Brett or Brent?) and he provided $20 credit to my account and offered to refund my purchase with a free UPS pick from home. I decided to keep the seat because I was so close to due date and I didn't want to be left without an infant car seat.
Customer rep was very upbeat, amiable, and respectful.
This site has everything you could ever imagine. Just make sure you check the reviews of the seller as not all items are coming directly from Amazon.

What do I buy on Amazon? The question is: what DON'T I buy on Amazon? There have been a couple of Christmases where every gift I purchased came from Amazon. I am a Prime member so I always receive my shipments quickly. I've bought everything from comic books and socks to toys for my kid a bike rack for my garage. Hair spray, vitamins... you want it, they've got it. I probably shop at Amazon till I die.

I have purchased many products from amazon, ranging from phone accessories to mattresses. I haven’t encountered any issues with their delivery, for the most part they have exceeded my expectations. Usually, I receive packages earlier than the date that it’s expected to get to me. I did have one issue with a phone cover that I ordered from a 3rd party seller but that was resolved quickly. Overall, the listing prices are competitive, the customer service is very efficient and the deliver expectations are always on point.
I guess I should. First, the site has whatever you desire to purchase. Second, the customer service is top notch. Third, when they mean two-day shipping they mean two-day shipping. I've been using this website to purchase things from gifts to food for years now. It's definitely worth your attention.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
