They are crooks. How can this place still be in business? Never mind that it was the worst ordering experience that I have ever encountered, they sold me a "grey market," product. I. e. A camera that was not intended for sale in the US (and I purchased it online in the US). Three years after buying the camera, I sent it to a Nikon authorized repair agent. Nikon just emailed me to say that they will not have authorized agents repair grey market cameras.

I ordered a lund truck cover and am so happy with it. The first one I ordered was the wrong size and they promptly sent a shipper out and picked it up and sent a new one. Ouch. That shipping must have been expensive. This is a big item. But Amazon stood by its customer.
Use Amazon weekly for Kindle downloads - love it, although I think the Kindle prices are too high. Use Amazon.com regularly for other items too - never had any issues.
Delivery times that they use to market and induce customers to purchase products from the site are not accurate and not reliable. This is unfortunate because the only reason for paying more money to purchase products from the Soap.com companies is that they advertise same-day shipping. Customer service is all apologies with no answers, no helpful information and no solutions. I will NOT be shopping here again and would not recommend ever using them at all if you want your stuff to actually arrive when they claim it will arrive.

I have been shopping on line for many, many years and I do not recall ever writing a review but I am so upset by diapers.com that I feel I must express dissatisfaction. I went to the website to order a car seat and attempted to use a friends & family coupon. After completing my shopping I used the code and was notified that the code did not qualify because the item was not on the gift registry. I called the mom-to-be and asked her to please put the item (which was on her amazon.com registry) on the Diapers.com registry. Next day, I once again attempted to purchase the car seat on the website, this time the same coupon code was not valid because the item was on sale. I Called customer service, explained my problem with first attempt etc. was put on hold several times, then was asked to register on the site, finally was told they could not help me. For the most part their coupon codes can not be used on any sale item. Stick to amazon.com their prices are better, no coupon code hassles, no million exclusions excuses!
Amazon is extremely impressive at providing excellent customer service. Every time I have called their customer support they've gotten someone on the line within 2-3 minutes and they problem was always solved in one call. Returns are rarely an issue if ever and they have pretty much unbeatable pricing. Throw in Prime and there's almost never a need to shop at a brick and mortar store with the free two day shipping. But other than that Amazon are great
Best shopping site. If you have an item of your own you want to sell, use Amazon. I have three listings on the site and they've sold very well. Though, they charge you for selling an item, you get the money for shipping as well. You can write reviews on items as well. That's about it.
8/6 Sewn Stipes Gay Pride RainbowFlag 3X5 Outdoor Heavy Duty: Researched Gay Pride flags and was impressed by this flag being sold on AmazonSmile. The company that sells this flag is called Joven. The flag is 3X5, is made of heavy duty nylon/mylar. It has 8 stripes instead of the normal 6. The extra two stripes are pink and baby blue, which were in the original Gay Pride Flags, but were left out because baby blue fades too fast and pink is too expensive. Each color is a separate panel. All eight panels are sewn together with heavy stitching and there are 4 rows of stitching around the outside of the flag. I have bought other Gay Pride Flags for the same price ($19.99) that are cheap and don't last long. This is a sturdy, quality made flag with vibrant colors. If I could give it more the 5 Stars, I would.
I ordered a phone charger that had a description for an iphone. I received in the mail a charger that is intended for a droid. BUT I have ordered a handful of other times and have not had a problem.
Twice now they have sold me used products as new. The last time, the cooking apparatus had old food residue on it. This situation is unhygienic. I am surprised the Food and Drug administration allows it.
You know how you open a browser window to search for an item you want to buy? Amazon will always be the result I click on. It's my go-to for almost anything I want at a good price. Their review system is extremely helpful, because you can quickly can see if a seller is reputable or not, and if the product is legit, how it works, etc. I love the layout. Can't say anything about their returns, because I've never had to return anything. Can't speak enough to the great shipping speed of amazon fulfilled items, and don't get me started on Prime. You normally couldn't get me to pay an extra dime to be part of a special savings club. But after testing Prime and seeing the extremely fast shipping times, it's on my to-do list to sign up for Prime. So worth it. Great websites deserve great ratings and I'm giving this one 5 shiny stars.
If you want to purchase computer anything, you might look it up at Tiger Direct. Just don't buy something there & expect anything like customer service... Then, make sure to copy the name & model # and paste it to the search at Amazon.com. Everything's a lot cheaper that way! Amazon also has one of the BEST return polices. Free Shipping for orders over $35. For maybe a couple of dollars more they ship it faster. Amazon also has a lot of items I would have spent more money on at WalMart, lots!

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
