I signed for Amazon Prime after placing an order to receive free 2-day shipping, howedcver I forgot to cancel it before the trial period and ending up paying the full cost. As a result I've found myself using the service more I would ask that they make more items available for free 2-day shipping. Other than that the streaming is pretty rad and their customer support it great

Loving Amazon, been with them for years! Miles ahead of ebay, primarily on the fact that Amazon actually takes care of it's customers. Ebay does not!

Love, love, Love Amazon! They have my total trust I buy everything I need usually except clothes which is only due to personal taste at times I buy else where. I've enjoyed every product, and when matters of billing came up due to my mistake they were immediate at a refund and impressive! Shop Amazon. Can't say enough good,, Trust is everything out here in the jungle of online shopping! :)

Ordered multiple things such as halloween costumes, dog, christmas gifts, hamster supplies, ect... and they all matched description. Although its difficult to return there's no reason to though!

One of the worst ponline customer service experiences I have had. Seemed like a good deal with the 20% new customer offer, and shipping was fast, BUT coffee was wrong flavor and the receipt showed the changed flavor. My browser history showed I never visited or ordered the flavor they sent. And one I was allergic to. They initially agreed with me and were very nice, telling me they were sending a replacement right away, then in the same breath said it was all my fault, they would only be sending a replacement if I bought it again or
After getting the 4 cases back of what they had sent already (incorrectly!). I said that others companies handled their returns/mistakes differently and she told me perhaps I would be happier shopping with another company. Wow. And I had been pleasant. Just heads up here. I am rarely moved to complain about service, but this was beyond bad, they didn't want to make any attempt to right the wrong. Bad bad service.

Love the FAST shipping, but the cost I think is a little high if you don't use it enough. Still decided to keep it but if I don't buy more, I'll get rid of it. Why not make it more affordable?

Never ever buy anything from amazon. They have given me the worst experience till date using their hifi american cheating techniques. First they send me a duplicate battery. Secondly they charge me more for early delivery and send the product late well after normal delivery time. They have a wierd set of delivery fellow whose brains are below their knees. When i call back for extra delviery charges they send me a mail saying gift card. Who are they gifting my money? The mail date and expiry date of the so called gift card are the same day :). hilarious isnt it? This is the famous way of cheating :). . When i callback for product return they do all flipturns for 15 days. Then when i start insulting their executives then one fellow takes the product and still my money hasnt been returned. This is the worst experience anyone can have. I guess flipkart is 100 times better.

I love Amazon! I find great products on this site from coffee to clothing. They u. Sually have what I am looking for whether its a book (Also a kindle user), something for the house, etc. Amazon prime has been worth the yearly fee, shipping is fast.

This was the first time I used Amazon, I have the app and needed a new washer. I have to say this is the easiest shopping I have ever done! They had it delivered in three days and I got it at an excellent price. The new age of shopping I guess, glad I'm now on board.

I can't say enough good about Amazon.com, I've been using them for year and generally find the best prices and even if I don't I'm willing to pay a bit more for their outstanding customer service. I have been scammed by several of their retailers over the years and Amazon ALWAYS investigates and makes things right! Thank You Amazon for making the internet a safer and more pleasurable place to shop.

I just love Amazon and wouldnt dare use it without Prime. You pay one fee and Prime gives you free shipping on all purchases showing prime logo. I buy so many things for Amazon and they are delivered right to my front door!

Amazon is really broken down into two categories:

1) customer
2) entrepreneur

As a customer, I've found good deals but recently I was what one could say as "screwed over."

I ordered a book on July 22 which was supposed to be delivered by Sep 5.
The book never showed up and I had to wait until October 2 to get it!

As an Entrepreneur, I have a webstore on Amazon which has proved to be a nightmare.
Firstly, inventory between. CA and. US is considered separate.
So in order for your products to climb the page rankings, although you have listings that pertain to both Canada and USA, only sales from each country will help you climb your rank-individually. This makes it extremely competitive.

Also, setting up the page was very difficult. There was no customer service.
The account manager simply told me to watch a "tutorial."
What is he/she getting paid for?

It turned out that all my inventory got sent to Amazon's warehouse where they ended up losing the inventory, and once found, refused to store it for Amazon fulfillment, because our product bottles where "oversized,"-something they did not worn use about beforehand!

The point is, as customer buying products Amazon is decent, but as someone trying to sell products (business seller's account), make sure you do your homework in advance and DO NOT rely on your account manager to help you out!
