Really good place to order I love amazon I've ordered things from games to car related items I've only had one problem with something I ordered a off brand company using amazon to sell jewelry and it fell apart they did refund my product for full price. The only I mean only thing I can say I don't like is shipping there's been times I've waiting up to two to three weeks for items to be delivered but I understand if it comes from far away overall great legit reasonable priced place to order from will continue to use.
I have ordered from Amazon.com numerous times over the years and have never had an issue. Everything is always shipped promptly and I have always received just what I ordered. I will continue to shop with Amazon.com.
This is another site to which I return time and time again. If anyone is a model for service and shipping, it is Amazon. They've been around for years and for good reason. They have warehouses all over the US and their shipping rates are phenomenal, especially if you bite the bullet and purchase the Prime membership. I thought the $99 for the new Prime was too much, but after paying for the shipping on just a few items, I went right back to the Prime. You will spend more than $100 for shipping if you don't have it. You will also wait weeks for some things and I am not a patient person. The fringe benefits are also amazing. I love Amazon.
I have been seeing a lot of hate on amazon lately, and I must say, myself, the issues I have had, didn't come from Amazon, but from other people who I have ordered off of through amazon. Here is the deal. If you order add-on items you might lose money compared to if you just bought it regularly. I have also had a few problems ordering items, and they didn't say where they were coming from, to realize they were coming from China. Doesn't bother me as long as I get the item. I just wish it didn't still say 3-5 days if it will be 2 weeks. All in all, I have ordered a lot of stuff from Amazon and I have gotten every order and they were here on time (unless from someone else or China).

AmazonPrime makes it so easy and convenient. I don't have to fret that I was so last-minute about something, but I can rely on amazon. In two days, I have my item on my doorstep. Prices- check. Shipping- check. Quality- check. What else does it need to be perfect?

They have had my account LOCKED all Summer, because they insist I owe for 2 items that I never received. Have written directly to Jeff Bezos [*******@amazon.com, and they DID unlock it for a few days, Then Locked again. I GOT nice emails from exec cust svc WE [just a clerk w a big title] saying jeff got msg and asked me to respond.
It is SO crazy that they are denying me access to Prime account that I Paid good Money for [in my world we call that theft]. I also could not even get on to look up order #'s to see what they where insisting I pay for. The other IDIOTIC thing is they say "pay with a different CC, but when I tried just to see what happened, sure enough I get a message that can only use a Registered CC, but that Cap One card was cancelled long ago. They have created a real Catch 22 with me being $#*! upon. Now Jeff won't even have the Common Courtesy of a response! Nort even a $#*! OFF from those $#*!s. LOTS of people I talk to agree that Amazon has really Gone form First Class to Steerage [to use Cruise Ship Terms].

Amazon use to be good, for trade. Specifically Movies. But after a while, they want all the profits, and block everything that sells. Listings get dropped all the time. If you ever have a seller support issue, they will run you around in circles, just to try and get you to go away. They have multiple lawsuits against them, but one takes the cake. They were ripping off children, so lord knows what they would do to their Grandmother, for an extra buck. As far as buying, i would pay an extra $1, on the dollar, to keep it from their greedy palms. It is getting bad, and damaging small time retailers too much.
Terrible customer service. They don't listen to your issue to resolve anything. Don't order from Warehouse 6, if something isnt shipped they will not replace and accuse you of lying to which you get nowhere! Cannot get any contact information. Go right to CEO with concerns. They don't appreciate the customer, you are just a number.
I often order with amazon and so far I never had issues. Their global shipping is very fast.
Customer service is great, they take their time to help you and they help you choosing the right product for you if you need their help for that.
I just regret that with international shipping there are a lot of restrictions and I am disappointed that I cannot order everything from them
These guys are really top notch! I had a shipment go missing and never make it to my doorstep. The value of the product was around one hundred dollars and I wanted to know what happened to it. I went to my account, opened up live chat, and (unexpectedly) had a free replacement on its way within ten minutes. Cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the polite and helpful service provided by Amazon. I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years to come.

I love online shopping and amazon is one of my favorite to go. I love the way my items are packed, the delivery is fast as usual. I've bought a camera, a computer and kindle reader from it by far. I will absolutely be shopping here again.
I love Amazon! Now when I want to purchase stuff in stores, I check on Amazon to see if there's a better price and I usually find a better price. Their prices can change for the better or worse - typically better. Customer service is great! I never had an issue with them. I have had issues with other things but they fix it right away. Amazon goes above and beyond to keep (most of) their customers happy. Some items offer free returns while some items do not. You usually have to pay for shipping for returns if you simply don't like the product. If there's any issues with the product, you can usually return it for no charge. Their fast shipping pretty much spoils me. When I purchase items from other websites, they usually take at least a week but it feels like forever.
My friend ordered for a laptop and i was surprised by the condition of the laptop. I didn't even have a scratch and it was shipped faster than expected. Highly recommend the site for international buyers
Since discovering the full potential of Amazon four years ago, I do most of my shopping through their website -- even going as far as to order dog and cat food. I especially love purchasing Christmas presents through them as I hate the holiday rush at stores.
The few times that I have had a problem with items not being shipping on time, etc, I have received excellent customer service and the problems have always been addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
There's only been one time where I received damaged merchandise (as everything is usually packaged quite well) and Amazon immediately refunded my money and paid for me to ship the product back to them.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
