If you ever need to double check store prices and you have a smartphone available you can scan the item with the Amazon application and it will show you the price for the item if it's available. Love this site! Sometimes if something you're looking for is out of stock but available from another vendor you can still buy it through Amazon just make sure to read the reviews. Love this site!

I spent multiple thousand of dollars purchasing stuff for me, family and relatives with zero worries, I have done it, doing it and will continue to do it without hesitation. Amazon do respect their clients, care about them extremely, professionally and carefully for this reason they have built a very solid and unshakable base of loyalty among both local and global customers.
I do recommend it for everyone especially international buyers, Amazon is a no brainer choice.
Amazon.com is my go to site when I've looked everywhere else. They also rate themselves aggressively so they maynot respond to sitejabber. They are good at customer service and work hard to rectify problems. It takes a while to find out how to contact them, but once you figure it out, you are good to go. All my shipments are quick and I've not had to send anything back. I had a easy time cancelling a subscribe and save (which is automatic shipments). My dogs loved a special treat and it was ONLY available on amazon.com. By finally placing it on subscribe and save I knew I'd have it. My first furbuddy died in February 2013 and my second November 2014, thus I had no need of this special treat shipping again. My new pup is not into treats. Amazon was more than understanding about cancelling any future orders. I just remembered they overbilled me once on these treats and were quick to just cancel the bill and have the vendor fix the site with the incorrect price. They are a hard company to beat whether they make any money or not. They keep the customer front and center.
While I have had a few complaints over the years, Amazon has come through to help resolve my issues via their excellent customer service. A couple of times, I had ordered items through their Amazon Warehouse Deals program that were not as described, and they either offered a refund, or a replacement. As for pricing, they are not always the lowest price, but if it is a larger purchase, watch Amazon daily as the price tends to change often. (Add it to your cart, and your cart will notify you of changes.) One issue I have is with shipping--some packages arrive with the USPS doing the "last mile" of delivery, and I do not like the loss of tracking information, especially with the rash of package thefts in our area. Overall though, I've had great experiences with customer service, and that makes a difference as to whether or not I continue doing business with them.
I shop for almost everything from Amazon! I've never had a bad experience there. One time I didn't get my item, they asked no questions, resent it out again right away, one time I had gotten socks, it had a hole, they didn't want to see them or have me send them back, sent out free socks! They have amazing sellers on there. Plus I like they carry everything! I buy everything except clothes, I will get a sweat shirt here and there..
Always received good products from Amazon. No billing issues & no shipping issues. You can find pretty much anything. They also work with my credit card for easy use of using my reward points which makes check out so easy!

Yes, they have almost everything. The reviews are the best part for me - crowdsourcing the item's description, with so much more info than the manufacturer has. Be aware that many of the items are not sold by Amazon, but by affiliates - Amazon collects your info and money, and the affiliate ships it out (or Amazon ships for them). If yo find something and the price looks a little high - search again. Many times the same product is listed in different places, by different sellers, and they can vary quite widely in price.

And now you can sign up with Smile.amazon.com and have a percentage of your purchase go to your favorite charity. Thanks Amazon! Also, love my Kindle and the support service from Amazon is outstanding.
I had never heard of soap.com but after seeing so many negative reviews I felt compelled to write this review. I will say that I was skeptical when I placed my order but soap.com was the only online site that carried what I was looking for. My order totaled about $20 so I figured it was worth the gamble. I placed my order about midnight on a Friday. I was shocked to receive my package Monday afternoon. My order (all in glass containers) was so carefully packed that my coworkers and I laughed about the giant box whose contents could've fit in a shoebox! Great value, great delivery - I'm sold on soap.com!
I feel Amazon would be amazingly purposed if the contact seller function worked a little better. Sometimes I wait weeks for answers to simple questions and the item is already gone >: ( but other than this I love getting things from them!
Amazon prime is my first place to look for items I can't find in store! But did you know about Amazon Smile? Same site, same sellers, but part of the proceeds go to your favorite charity! Even better! I get to donate to my favorite charity while shopping for the things I already am buying!
I really enjoy the movies featured on my Prime account. Some of them are a blast from the past, which is a good thing.
One thing that would be helpful would be a email stating that our membership fee would be assessed. I was taken by surprise when they simply withdrew the funds. Thank goodness I had it. This isn't a complaint, simply a constructive suggestion.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
