We've been an Amazon Prime member since the service was first offered and an Amazon shopper prior to that. Amazon is my first stop for shopping for anything. We have Amazon Fire TV. The customer service is the best anywhere. Returns are never a problem. Prices are competitive and 2-day shipping free wth Prime is fantastic.

Me and my wife spend so much money at Amazon I should have bought stock in them years ago... at least I could have gotten a percentage of the money we spend with them back. I would have rated them a 5 star but I have read and watched a show on CNBC that they treat the employees that pack orders pretty rough.

Amazan is the BEST! - BUT, yes there is a But, and I should not allow it to cloud my judgement, we are Prime Members and have told everyone that they should be too... but I am only human. Amazon is associated with WOOT.COM. Woot is HORRIBLE. From what I read in my research it is Amazon that has helped to destroy what was once a great place to find a deal (Woot)... I am changing my mind about Amazon. Amazon has turned Woot into nothing more that a place for Amazon to throw away their garbage - the way I see it.
Once a HUGE Amazon and Woot advocate, because they saved me money. Now I have to ask myself at WHAT cost?
TERRIBLE experience with Woot clouds my judgement of Amazon. Amazon has a great return policy - Woot has none... makes me believe that it is Amazon's garbage can. Packages come to you labeled Woot Returns. Amazon you should be ashamed!

Outstanding collection of movies, current & timeless classics, foreign films, TV & HBO specials including some terrific BBC series. As an Amazon Prime member many of them are free, mothers have minimal rental fees or the options to purchase & permanently add to your video library. I've watched some outstanding obscure foreign made films. Saw Ida before it won the 2015 Oscar for Best Foregin film. It is an awesome movie. Cinematography is stunning. Occassionally I encountered technical difficulties streaming them thru my Ipad. Amazon is so quick to respond. Before I even contact them they send me an email stating that they noticed my recent movie rental had technical problems so they credited my acct. For the cost of the rental. They did that once when I was able to work it out & watched the whole film. I had to contact them & tell them I didn't need the refund! What company does that?! They definitely have it together. Some companies who get that big, get cocky & their customer svc. Lapses. Not Amazon. No wonder they're holding market share. They earn it!
I am very happy with all my purchases. If the product wasn't up to my expectations, I was able to return it and get my refund quickly. Fortunately this only happened once. Prices and shipping with prime are fantastic
It's Amazon. Who hasn't used it before? It's pretty amazing what you get, especially if you pay the yearly "Prime" membership. You get free streaming video. Free music. Free shipping on all the stuff you buy on Amazon... What else could you ask for?

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
