I've been really happy with Amazon over the last 12 years, but they blew it when they let someone or a couple of different companies sell shoe stretching devices made in China that were designed and made incorrectly. They are a piece of garbage. Stay away from anything like that on Amazon or anywhere else. One is made for boots and the other made for shoes, and neither of them are any good. ORDER SOMETHING MADE IN AMERICA.

Broken glasses

Ordered a set of glasses, they came in a box full with broken glass. No reply from customer services, and eventually they said they'd send more but wanted me to go to the trouble of posting the broken glass back to them? No chance

I have been using Amazon.com for years. I have now grown to simply buying everything through them without even checking other sites. They have the most comprehensive product catalog, and excellent prices. What keeps me going back to Amazon is their second to none customer service. I am a Prime member and continue to renew my membership every year. I highly recommend it.

Simply, how could anyone not like Amazon? This is absolutely one of the best online retailers that you can visit.
Huge product selection... great pricing... fast, free 2 day shipping (Amazon Prime... plus you get movies), great customer service (only had to use once in hundreds of orders...), etc.
There may be sites as good as Amazon, but there are certainly none better!

I love Amazon, and if you use it a lot, I would suggest Amazon Prime, Amazon Prime has free shipping and free T. V. comparable to Netflix. It is worth the fee just for the T. V. streaming service.

No no for amazone

I had a little pigion hurt by a car. I piced her up took her home. Got a cage a lion fits in. I wanmted to get her the best seeds i could find. Of course i went to wall mart got the seeds. She loved them. I looked up a few more places. But stopped at one place where the had. White millet seeds. I got 10 lb. the dident have less. On the internet. I paid $ 26.00 and some odd cents. But when the seeds got to me. She died the day before. I had her for 7 years. I paid with my well fargo debit card. Everything was paid for,. But when i got my bank statement. I looked. There was amazone. The took out of my card $ 99.00 for what? Member fee? I am no member of anything. Amazone took it on themselfs to steal $ 99.00 out of my visa. When i looked. There was a connection between that store i got the seeds from and amazone. I couldent believe such crooks. At once i emailed to amazon. Letting them know that the stole that $ 99.00 out of my visa. And at onces to return it or the will be trouble. I am no member of anything. On my next bank statement the had returned the $ 99.00 but i will never never never buy anything from that store again. And i do not want to have anything to do with anything that has connections with amazon. How many people did amazon scammed in to being a member and stole that $ 99.00 out of peoples credit card. That some of them not even noticed. Sorry it could not be a better revue.

Don't do it...

On Friday, April 17,2015 before 8:00am, I placed 2 orders and paid additional money for next day delivery. Late Friday evening I received an email from Amazon that the items would be delivered at 8pm Saturday evening. As luck would have it, the items did not arrive. I contacted Amazon's Customer Service department shortly after 8pm Saturday evening. I spoke with a first line representative, a supervisor and manager to explain that my shipments never arrived which were gifts for my niece's birthday party on Saturday. I also explained that my niece waited all day to receive her gifts and was excited about her special day. All 3 Amazon representatives told me that the delivery date and time were estimates, and that the items would arrive on Monday, April 20. Nowhere did it mention that the overnight shipping was an estimate. The reason I asked for a manager is because the supervisor also said, "sometimes we get disappointed." This was unacceptable! I told her that adults understand, but children do not. Children are kids for a short time and look forward to birthdays and holidays. Had I known on Friday morning when I placed the order that delivery was going to be at 8pm not earlier in the day, I would have cancelled the order. Such information was sent via email late Friday evening and should have been noted during the ordering process. A delivery time should be available when an order is placed. Additionally, when the packages did not arrive by 8pm Saturday evening, I only learned by calling Amazon customer service that the packages would be delivered on Monday. Amazon did not take the initiative to notify me of the delayed deliveries. Had I known that the guaranteed delivery date which I paid additional shipping cost for had changed, I would have gone shopping either Friday or Saturday with my niece for her gifts. The Amazon representatives were insensitive to the situation and made excuses for the company. Their generous offer was to refund the guaranteed overnight shipping cost. Meanwhile, I still have no gifts for my niece. To say the least, I am extremely disappointed with my overall Amazon experience.

I probably buy 70% of my purchases at Amazon.com. It just doesn't make sense to pay more and run all over town if I don't have to, so I look everything up on Amazon first. Never had an issue, and customer service has even gone out of their way to give me extras.

My only (small) gripe is that they tax people in Washington state, but ship from New Jersey. It's like I'm paying extra for longer shipping time. Grrrrrr!

I found this website and thought great it looks reliable and trustworthy, what I did not know was that they were scammers. Their from China, not America but it looks like they would be from around here right? No it took over a month to make my dress and I paid $178.96 because I had my dress customized. I had to order my dress because they had this "timer" and I had four hours left apparently, no they reset that timer over and over again, that's where they get you, they say there only so many in stock so orders yours ASAP, please don't fall into this trap, its my senior year prom and my dress is not the right color not the right size what so ever although I paid extra to customize it and the gems were dangling from a string and many fell off. When I contacted them through their website it took me to danvingprom.com because they have had so many bad reviews, honestly if I would have saw these reviews before hand I would have not ordered but they his everything to get you to waste your money, they say there's a 7 day refund but they only contact you through email and try to waste those 7 days so they don't have to fix it. PLEASE DONT GO THROUGH WHAT I HAD TO ITS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! Save your money and buy a dress in America. Now I have to pay extra to alter my dress and its in 2 weeks so I'm stressing! I hope this helps.
