Their selction is unparalleled any where. And I have been witness to their support staff going far beyond the call and do things for me the like of which you don't see today. Anywhere! They go the extra mile for the customer. They deal a lot with 3rd party suppliers and if the supplier won't take care of the customer Amazon does and then they get their own back from the supplier. I was suspicious of buying online back in the late 90's, but it was all so new but now I buy every thing I can online. Believe it or not buying on line is safer than say going to Fry's to buy computer parts. Sure it's different but if you know what you're doing you can see and compare many different possibilities to learn what you need to to make the best decision buy right thing safer for best price
wag.com prices are not competitive, make sure to search other sites/stores before purchase because others sell the exact same items at 30%~50% lower price. Flat rate shipping 7.99$ also ridiculously high (free shipping if $49+ but really hard to fill up to that # because everything is more expensive than other retailers), I do not recommend this website.
I've placed several orders with Amazon, and always feel safe. Even if I'm not ordering from Amazon itself but the market place, Amazon monitors the purchase, and if they feel like it's taking too long, notifies me while making sure my payment isn't taken, suggesting that I contact the seller.
It's nice to see a company take responsibility.

I think this because I ordered two lunch boxes for my kindergarten twins in October 2012. They are in second grade now and it hasn't showed up! All my other experiences were perfect. But this one brought its grade down a bit.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
