As a Amazon customer of over 500 items on prime, I would have to say I love it. You see a price, if you like that price, it gets shipped to your door with no hidden fees, and guaranteed in two days. I am speaking of PRIME items only folks. Whit shipping prices skyrocketing I dont see a better deal out there.

Amazon NEVER checks that the seller has product insurance and refuses to give the sellers address to the customer, so if you get sold a dangerous item on Amazon, you will find it almost impossible to take the original seller to court as far as I can see.

I bought from them expecting low prices and because i was rushed for time to purchase gifts during the winter holidays, i got all my items on time kind of, they arrived at different times due to that they have different vendors selling the products, so its not all coming from the same place at the same time. Also the pricese seemed reasonable until of course it added up with shipping, and i saw the same products at my local target two days later at a cheaper price, what a let down.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
