I love using Amazon.com for shopping. There are lots of products to choose from and great shipping options. Their Prime membership is totally worth it and pays for itself in shipping costs and free movie/music rentals.

I always go to Amazon first to buy online! Generally, there are multiple sellers for what I am looking to buy which gives me choices based on other buyers' experiences, and, of course, best pricing. I have always found whatever I was looking for, so for me it's the first place I look.

This is my follow up review. All I said about the Sennheiser was true. However, now that I have used them for quite some time, I find they continuously fall off of my head. They cannot be tightened because of their design. I gave it 2 Stars since it is very aggravating to have them fall off my head if I bend over slightly. Not good.
Amazon has given me one or two problems but right away they fixed it by giving me my money back instantly. They almost always have what I want. Very friendly & customer service is great.
I shop Amazon for just about everything. I would recommend buying Prime if you buy a lot from there. Everything is to your door in 2 days! Low prices and a wide variety! Love Amazon!

There is almost nothing I buy online that doesn't begin with a visit to the Amazon website. If it's not available there, then I will visit other sites. I am a very infrequent returner of purchases, but when I do, Amazon's rapid response is phenomenal and I have never been questioned about the reason(s) for the return. In a word, I am addicted to Amazon.
I have been making purchases on Amazon for about 20 years now. I have never had a bad experience. I have purchased things that I had to return. Amazon has always promptly refunded my money or replaced my item. Sometimes things aren't exactly as advertised or pictured, but there are hundreds and hundreds of sellers and there is no way Amazon could keep up with every item. Because of this, they stand behind the products being sold on their site. Most sellers are great about receiving returns, but they may not accept returns for free and sometimes they add an additional re-stocking fee, so always be aware to check their return policy and re-stocking fees. Amazon promises that if you buy something from a seller and you don't get treated right, they will stand behind your purchase. I love Amazon's fast shipping service and their customer service. They have always been happy to assist me on the few times I have contacted them for help. I can count on Amazon to supply me with what I need and the service is the fastest of any other online store that I am aware of. You can find virtually everything. Additionally, Amazon Prime costs $99 per year which gives you 2 day free shipping and you also get Amazon Prime Instant Video. This is somewhat like Netflix, in addition to their many free prime movies and TV shows, you have the option to make video purchases similar to Vudu or CinemaNow. Amazon Prime member benefits allow you to share this service with up to 5 members of your household. So, if $99 seems a little steep, find a family member or 5 to share the expense. All you have to do add their email and dob to get them signed onto your prime account. No need to worry, they don't use your account. They can use their current account or create a new one and use their own payment method, but they can share in your benefits. I share my Prime membership with my son, we each pay $50 per year.

Update: I have changed my rating to 4 stars. Over the past (almost 4) years, I have seen Amazon go downhill. Shipping and returns remain excellent in most cases. Merchandise: has become more questionable and prices have skyrocketed. (Lookout for Outlet items in particular. Many are found on wish.com. Check it out). Clothing is super hard to pin down for quality unless you search for a particular brand. Off-brands permeate the site (when using just search parameters) with skewed sizes and questionable quality. Prices: I've seen stuff at DOUBLE the price of other online retailers (take a look at sparkling water for one). I don't use Prime anymore. It's not worth it to me. I've been a Prime member for years. I love it. I order anything from toothpaste to televisions. I only order Prime unless it's a special item. No shipping pays for itself within in the first few shipments. I furnished my entire apartment using Amazon. Very few times (out of literally hundreds) have been disappointing. My only caution: Like any other store, online or otherwise, be careful of ignoring regular or higher prices lurking among all item types. Check Walmart.com for prices on items just to be sure the free Prime shipping is not costing your more in item price. Also, love the Amazon Prime streaming video for movies and TV series. Walmart is supposed to add a similar shipping program on a pilot-program basis. We'll see.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
