When you want to speak to Customer service due to a problem. All you have to do is ask them to call you on the website, and within seconds you phone will ring with a representative on the line. Pretty amazing selection of products and they will take care of any issues faster than any other business. I am very impressed with them.

Amazon has all the advantages of eBay, without any of the hassles. They even allow you to pay with credit cards instead of Paypal! I refuse to shop at stores like eBay because of Paypal.

A friend was attempting to buy a book I had written and which was supposedly available on Amazon. Weeks went by with no contact and then the friend received an email saying that the book was unavailable and might never be available again. I contacted my publisher who said as far as they knew, the book was available on Amazon, or was supposed to be anyway... go figure. Also I received two sets of something I ordered and weeks later still haven't some things... very frustrating
