Of course Amazon.com is amazing. I am a medical student and I always order books, etc. through Amazon. They are by far the most reliable site on the Internet. Everything always arrives when and how it's suppose to. Plus, students get Amazon Prime for free! Can't beat that!
You can find best rates at this site. I have purchased many many things from this site and had never a single time problem.
Amazon is truly amazing the service is easy to use and the delivery always reaches on time and sometimes even sooner than expected!
Over the last few years I have purchased numerous items from Amazon. The "1-click" shopping is convenient and delivery is always swift. Not to mention, the items that I have received have always been of good quality and in good condition. Amazon also makes Kindle purchases smooth and easy. Love it!
I love Amazon Prime. The free 2 day shipping is amazing & their customer service is one of the best (and you can just chat online to talk to them). Their media selection under Amazon Prime isn't the best, but the other aspects of Amazon Prime make it worth it. It's especially convenient when you don't have a car.
I love Amazon as an ebook reader, a Prime member with free shipping, and avid book, music, office supplies buyer! I hate to shop at stores as it's a waste of time to me!
Many times shopped on this service. The goods were delivered on time, I'm happy with everything. You can even, and the price is lower, then there will be absolutely fine.
When you order from them you expect next day delivery, but be aware if they ship from over the coast it takes one week. They don't ship overnight for free as it says on their site. A few times the package was dropped in front of the building and not delivered to the apartment. Luckily nobody took it.
Always a good experience. Most items arrive really quick.
Best buy at Amazon, amazing experience with them always get 50% off price comparatively to the market rates. I would like to say thankyou to Amazon
I use Amazon to sell, to buy, and to check on consumer reviews. High marks.
I love Amazon and, since I live in a rural area, use them a lot. 98% of the time they work flawlessly. 1.5% of the time they goof but the returns process works out fine. But that last little bit is when there's a minor gaff which can be fixed easily but that fix is not in their playbook. And there's no way to get a message to a customer service person.
Example is a while ago I bought an item which was battery operated (included!) and fairly large. It was also packaged in one of those terrible blown plastic things but nobody noticed that the included batteries, easily visible in the online photos and indeed through the plastic, had been pilfered. The main product was ok but I knew they would send replacement batteries if I could just let them know. But no way to communicate that. So I swallowed the cost of a couple of batteries. I know, not a big deal but what if it had been some larger problem but just as simple to fix?
Just love them. They are amazing in every field -
1. Product quality
2. Delivery
3. Customer support
I ordered much-needed diapers and other essential items under the pretense that they would arrive today, as indicated throughout the site, only to come home to a pushed back delivery date. The incompetent and unhelpful sales rep insists that the site would not have given me today as a delivery date, but it did or I wouldn't have used the site-- I would have made the time to go to the store so my son would have diapers! I am frustrated and inconvenienced. I will not be shopping there again, and recommend everyone else do their due diligence on cheaper options, as the "free shipping" advertised here is in fact just baked into their product costs-- you can find better deals on Amazon with true free and fast shipping.
Find everything! Best prices and fast free shipping! What more do you need :))
One year ago, I was looking for a tmj product for my grand father, he has bad habit of crunching his teeth, which affected his jaw muscle. I was visited many doctors, but they always told me about exercises and masks (which he refused to use). So, I used the tmj product (http://www.amazon.com/Recommended-TMJ-Relief-Treatment-Supplement/dp/B00NGC6THC) and mixed it in his food. After couple of weeks and 2 bottles of TMJ relief pills, he started feeling good (eventually he is telling everybody, it was gone away automatically).
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
