I was skeptical to try Prime but it has been the best. Items I usually have to go to the store and buy taking time and using gas can be delivered to my door, usually less than the price I would have paid. I really enjoy the free movies and music as well. I will definitely keep my prime membership.
Only takes a few minutes to find what you are looking for such as an obscure battery for an 8 year old camera or ink cartridges for your Canon printer that you bought two years ago. Go to a store and things like this won't be on the shelves, just the newer lines and accessories. Click and your order is at your front door in 1 or 2 days, even on Sunday.
No driving, no parking, no lines, no self-check out register that can't read your bar code and tells you that an attendant is on the way.
Returns are just as easy and I've never been denied a refund. I think that the merchant experience on Amazon is not nearly as good as the customer. I know it's not and so I hope Jeff Bezos, CEO, will work on that, too.

I love Amazon. There are tons of stuff you're able to find there. Amazon is great when doing comparison shopping as well. I remember wanting to buy this book that was advertised on TV... Only to search for that same book on Amazon, that was half the buy new and even cheaper used. I never buy without first checking Amazon or Ebay. Amazon will even allow you to sell your own stuff there to make money. Amazon is just full of value whether you are a buyer or seller. I love this place and would recommend it to others in a heartbeat.
I have used Amazon for many things. My favorite thing is Amazon Local. We bought a date night ticket for locked in a room with a zombie. The show got cancelled and we were afraid we'd have problems getting our money back, but between them and the company, we got a private showing scheduled and they contacted the rest of our team as well. Anytime I've had a problem with a seller, Amazon has remedied it. I've never run into issues like I have with EBay where they don't want to handle the disputes and put you on hold for months. No, Amazon has always been fast and reliable in every aspect.
They have a lot of stuff. A lil difficult to search for something sometimes. Shipping definitely too high. Often I find something on Amazon, then find myself looking for a better price somewhere else online.

I do much of my shopping from home these days. Amazon has just about everything I need... Electronics, food specialty items, generators and hard to find items. I also joined Amazon prime, for $99/year I get free two day shipping for anything marked Prime. Also I watch Prime movies for free anytime. And one of the best features of Amazon is, any time I have to return something I bought from Amazon, no problem. I get my refund fast too.
There are two cons to Amazon: 1. They don't include a return label with the item, I have to print it out which is a hassle for me, or they will mail me a label for $1 on request. 2. If you buy from another seller, other than Amazon, it can end up being a battle, and there might be a restocking fee, so read each sellers return policy.
But overall I really like Amazon and shop there a lot.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
