The site always has the items I request and the service is impeccable. I have only one complaint, the $3.99 per book delivery fee is excessive especially when I am getting 2 or more items.

I love Prime.

It is more likely to be the cheapest, and with Prime 2 day, I usually have it at my door in 2 days. It has let me down a few times, I even had an argument when something was over a week late, because is said "arriving by 8PM Tuesday". It was supposed to be there the PREVIOUS Tuesday, the support rep didn't seem to be able to comprehend that. Chat support is awful, But I have had good service with phone support.
I like the service and will pay for Prime again next year. You also get Music and videos. The app for music is poor, I have to sit in pariking lot and get music playing before starting the car. Wish I could just one click on last station streamed button and go.

I can't really complain about Amazon. Every time I order from them I receive the item fast and in great condition. The Amazon Video service is pretty good also. The only issue I have with Amazon is the website. Its outdated at this point and it needs some work. Also, they have to stop mixing up product reviews.

When I buy anything on Amazon there is never an issue with it working or being as described. And if there is a problem returns are fast and easy. They will not allow me to be displeased. It is amazing, but that is my experience.

Ordered a drone off Amazon from a China dealer. After waiting a couple weeks past the last shipping date and nothing came I filed a request to Amazon and they immediately offered a Amazon credit refund or you could opt for a refund to your credit card. That was the only time I never received my merchandise from a Amazon dealer. The site is easy to maneuver and order on with no hidden costs and it doesn`t show a bunch of non-related items when you search. Better than Ebay for me, and I use both.

I shopped with Amazon all the time, I spend about £8000 a year.
One day I got an email saying due to possible fraud my account had been permanently closed.
I tried in vain to contact customer service, even spoke on chat to people who PROMISED someone would be in touch within 24 hours and each time it was a lie.
I received no apology, no compensation.
I had a pair of shoes that needed returning but can't create a return. I had open orders that never arrived - I'm very out of pocket which is totally disgusting.

I opened a new account with a new email address and would you believe 2 days later I got the same email. Utterly ridiculous situation but the customer service is infuriating.

Amazon purchased audible.com and their actions have been very unethical in sharing Amazon account information with Audible in order to continue to debit accounts after members have cancelled memberships and/or their debit cards. DELETE your credit/debit card numbers from your Amazon account. While investigating i found that Amazon will try any account that you have ever used (if you haven't actually gone into account management and manually deleted them) if the card you authorized them to use is expired, cancelled, or otherwise not usable. I had used my mothers credit account at one point in time (as authorized) and would have been appalled had they started using her account for my husbands audible membership (although he never even signed up for a membership). It makes me wonder if they were able to use my amazon account info to pay for my husbands audible account, what is to stop them from getting into her amazon account and debit other accounts. The whole thing is mind boggling to me that they somehow got into my amazon account to pay his audible account and it seems like this Audible purchase by Amazon could have been for this express purpose to pursue other income opportunities by unsuspecting customers.

I really enjoy purchasing my DVD's from Amazon.com. Stock is almost always available & Prices are very competitive. I can find DVD's that are not available in Shops. Delivery is Prompt & with a few of my Orders, has actually arrived earlier than expected - which is fantastic! I have placed & received many Orders with Amazon.com and I am always Satisfied. I have honestly been overjoyed with my Purchases, never had any complaints.

Love the Deals

I have been a Prime member for almost two years. I "window shop" at brick and mortar stores, then compare prices with Amazon. 9 out 10 times, I find the better deal on Amazon. As a student, I need to save every penny I can, and with Amazon Prime, I can!

Top tier refund policy and customer support. Amazon.com is incredibly efficient and one of the greatest places to shop on the internet. As a prime member you can get your items in 2 days with free shipping. That's pretty incredible.

Amazon used to be the apple of my eye. Unfortunately that apple is getting withered. They have raised the free shipping minimum. OK? But USPS rates remain the same... I'm guessing that their DVD sales dropped dramatically since other vendors still ship for free or much cheaper. But then they started charging sales tax when many others still do not. On top of that they started pricing which promotes their "Prime" program. Articles you can only get with "prime" membership... Unless you do a little research and find the same products at much better prices with other vendors. Did I mention E-Bay?
