The company does not properly vet the vendors on their site so you take your life and your own hands when you order anything from them. They will not refund your money even if the vendor lies, cheats, or steals from you. In fact if you call the customer service they have no power to help you. I eventually found the corporate number and when the operator realized I was a customer she got pissed off and hung up on me. I was out $500 on a fireplace and will never order from them again.
Amazon Prime is truly the best! Most of my orders come next day and I love that! The prices are great and the products have been fresh. I have been ordering for years. Love Amazon!

I order from Amazon monthly. Amazon and its sellers are very reliable, including their adequate packing of fragile items that is most important to me. Incredibly fast delivery time, beating walmart.com by miles in this regard.
Wish that delivery costs from outside businesses to Prime customers were more lucid. Buyers must go back and forth adding and removing item from cart to compare shipping costs.
After buying two energy saving toilets on a tax-free weekend, sent email to Jeff Bezos about removing local sales tax from order. Received a reply that refund would be issued, though this never happened. This is a minor complaint, considering great products are received without damage, quickly, and at a great price.
Amazon was the first website I used all those many years ago when online shopping began. Since then it has grown into a valuable resource for pretty much anything I am seeking to buy at a competitive price and often with free shipping which arrives rapidly. The sight also provides information on their vendors who have even more competitive prices for comparison. It is a resource that I use often and am never disappointed.
I've shopped through Amazon more than a dozen times. I love Amazon. If you buy something and you're not satisfied with the products or services there's always a space where you can voice your opinions. Amazon sends you shipping/delivery tracking, and after you receive your package they send an email asking you to rate the product/services. They post good and bad reviews so no matter what you are being heard. They personalize your shopping experience based on your recent searches. A user friendly site that you can get used/new ANYTHING. If you haven't used Amazon than you're missing out.
There is nothing you could want or need that they don't have
I ordered two hair clips and some hair ties.
Then sent me one clip and a jumbo-sized shampoo and conditioner.
Could hardly have been worse. About to contact costumer service, but not expecting much of them.
As a prime member I regular use Amazon for many of my needs. It is wonderful having things delivered straight to my doorstep for less then I can often find them locally. Add to this their review system allows for additional screening of products that I am interested in.
I live in Hawaii, and so am not eligible for the 2 day free shipping. That being said, it takes Amazon at least 4-7 days for my order to even be shipped. I'd be happy at this point if they could manage to get the package in the mail in 2 days. I can get free shipping on orders more than $35, which mine always are, so Prime is no advantage there. I find very little of interes to watch on AmazonPrime compared toNetflix or Hulu - a lot of - they have a lot old and obscure programs. Available books and music also tend to be obscure or indie selections, not current or popular ones.
Always get my orders within a reasonable amount of time and returning was super easy.
Where else can you get your choice of all kinds and sizes of prize wheels for a reasonable price?
Always great! I use them weekly and Prime has saved me a lot of money! They might not have the best price all the time, (I shop around), but they have the best service!
I am an artist and find great deals on mats, clear protectiv3e envelopes, and marketing items for my work. I am also an avid reader and like to buy books at a good price. I find Amazon a wonderful resource for the things I need! The site is easy to use and provides great value!

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
