The company's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from frequent delivery delays, inadequate customer support, and challenges with returns. Many customers report frustration with unresponsive service representatives and convoluted processes for refunds and account issues. While some positive feedback highlights the convenience and product availability, the overarching sentiment reveals a decline in service quality and reliability. Customers express concerns about counterfeit products and a perceived lack of accountability, suggesting a pressing need for the company to enhance its customer service approach and improve operational efficiency to restore trust.

Amazon has and always will be a leader in selling and shipping quickly. With Amazon Prime having the 2 day option I always get my packages within a day or two without paying extra. You do have to be careful on the website that you don't order from third party sellers. Amazon is the one with good return policies not their third party sellers.
Amazon has products from every category I would need. The shipping is fast and the customer service is wonderful.
This is one of my fave online shops. The layout works well whether on laptop or mobile.
Easy links to reviews, used items & package deals.
Can't wait til Amazon.ca carries as much product variety as their U.S. counterpart.
Easy payment, seller guarantees, secure shopping & fastest delivery times of any online store (when it's an Amazon item)
A+++
I purchased an Amazon Prime membership when I entered Chitopractic College. I had no idea how many books and items I was going to be ordering over the next 3.5 years. I save hundreds in shipping and the delivery dates were always correct. And if I wasn't satisfied with a product I was given extra support above and beyond to resolve the issue. One company refunded my money and let me keep the product. I should have bought Amazon stock at $200. I'm still a huge customer and Amazon is the first place I check for a product.
As a prime member of Amazon, I couldn't ask for better service. It is so easy to stay at home and do you shopping through this company. I hope that this service never changes. My only complaint is that there are some vendors that try to gouge the consumer with outrageous prices that one knows is ridiculous.
Amazon used to have free delivery as standard, albeit you had to opt in for it, but now unless you spend £20 you have to pay postage, and that can almost double the price of you purchase.
It's why I rarely buy from amazon preferring instead to look around and hopefully find the same item on another site.
Anyone agree with me that Amazon and E bay are almost a monopoly?
I've had many experiences with Amazon over the years and have always been treated right!
I have been a buyer on Amazon for almost five years without any issues. Their CSR will immediately respond to problems with an order and I have never had a problem getting a refund. I also like the fact that they have a phone number to talk to someone. In addition I like the fact you can leave a decent review about a product rather than 40 characters.
I am an Amazon Prime member, so all prime products ship free, 2 day shipping. TONS of things to choose from. GREAT shipping and returns policy. I do over 50% of all my shopping there.
I ordered from an Amazon marketplace seller and was later told by email the item was not in stock and wouldn't be for a long time. I was given instructions for cancelling which I followed. Much later they charged my card and sent the item after I'd bought it elsewhere. They made me jump though a bunch of hoops to return it and then charged a 15% re-stocking fee. I complained to them and Amazon. Both said I had gotten the item so that was it. The package came from Overstock, not the seller. These marketplace sellers apparently merely put on a listing, jack up the price, order from somewhere else and apparently have no control over the stock info or the orders. The item was cheaper directly from Overstock and even cheaper ordered from Walmart. My advice is don't order from marketplace sellers unless it will be fulfilled by Amazon.
I have shopped at Amazon for many years now with no issues. Excellent customer service. Best overall. Website, app, services, products, quality, speed, and trusting. Easy to use for ordering and keeping track of.

I love amazon.com. I have found everything I need there. I have received my products within reasonable times. My friends and family come to me if they need something and so far I have found everything that I have been asked to look for on amazon. I was truly amazed. I depend on the reviews of products that are provided, that is how I shop and I have not been disappointed. I have to admit my daughter got me started on amazon and now I'm addicted.
Thank you

All in one shop at discounted price, should I say more?
Well, I like to order different tech products as it's easy and fast way to get what I need. But I've noticed that the prices are not always that great. You can find the same products for better price.
I order from this site all the time always get my packages on time undamaged always exactly what I ordered sometimes even looks better when I get it
It's super easy shopping from a ton of selections. Shipping is fast and reliable, and if you don't like what you ordered, their return policy if very generous. It's one of my favorite sites.
Amazon.com is an online shopping website. They sell everything from new to used at a cheap price. Rather if you're looking for a guitar to rock out on, an outfit to dress like a diva, get the latest gaming accessories or whatever you're looking for you'll certainly be a satisfied customer. It normally takes up to a week (Including business days) to get your order, or if you have amazon prime you get it in a little as two days. To get amazon prime you must pay $99 a year after a one month free trail or pay $49 a year (if you're a student) after a 6 month free trail. Amazon prime not only gives shipping in two days, but it's free as well. That's right, FREE shipping and handling. You also get early access to the newest stuff, you get to stream thousands of movies and TV and get unlimited access to your favorite songs. They even allow you to sell your own stuff on the website or trade it in for cash. If you're not satisfied with your purchase just get in contact with the seller and ship it back to them and you'll get your refund. But however there is one con. Some of the sellers are rip-off artist, procrastinate and sometimes lie saying the package is on the way. They'll sometimes lie and say your order is in perfect condition when it's not, and not take care of it after you paid for S&H. So should you should probably check the ratings and comments on the item the sellers selling, before you buy anything. But cut off those rotten apples and you got a perfect tree. The scam buyers really doesn't do anything to my 5 star review for Amazon, due to it's great customer service and refund policy. Are you still reading this? Go to amazon right now, and get what you need for lower prices in a short amount of time! https://www.amazon.com/
TOP 30 - Best Shopping Sites Online!

I like to purchase from Amazon because it always gets delivered in excellent condition and saves me from store shopping.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
