Love Amazon. Prime member and use it beyond what I pay for. Had a few issues with outside sellers on Amazon, but customer service team were promptly solving the problems. My recommendation is to check reviews when an item is not fulfilled by Amazon directly, but by a third party seller. Sometimes the goods are delivered from China or Europe and can take a while to arrive. It is always displayed next to the item you purchase. If shipped by Amazon you don't have to worry. Great shopping experience each time.
I bought my friend a gift on Amazon and received an email that clearly stated it would arrive the day after I bought it (The day before my friend's birthday). When the day arrived, it suddenly changed it's mind and said it would come the day after my friend's birthday. It's a disappointment and rubbish service.

This store is great because for those of us who have a mini zoo at home it can be daunting buying all types of food and when a store stops carrying what you need it is depressing. I think the future of online pet needs is clearly online.

I've been shopping into different websites but I still do the most at Amazon. It's still the best among all my experience and once your an amazon prime member shipping is just too fast specially that im always so excited to get what I purchased. I never had problem with my personal and financial info used on the website. I highly recommend shopping at Amazon.com.

I've been trying to get a refund for this service ever since I found out that it's only for US customers. The support team was hard to reach and hard to understand on the phone.
Purchased baby care products for 130$ and had them shipped to Europe. The shipment got lost (no new scans in tracking system), however the customer service continued to persuade me that this is normal and that I need to wait for 18 days to get my order. International shipment supposingly takes more time (like I don't know that). As anticipated, the order did not arrive, i. E. got lost. But only after 18 days I got my money back, after dealing with one of a kind incompetent customer service.

My great review here will probably be nothing new to most of you. Amazon is great. You can find anything on the planet worth buying here. Shipping is usually fast, and faster than they promise most of the time, and if you don't like the merchandise, it's very easy to return. I have returned items before and received a credit back to my account BEFORE Amazon received the merchandise.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
