Amazon has so many products to buy. Their delivery time is very good and the products are excellent. It is very easy to shop and buy online with them. Be careful of some of the sellers return policy. Read carefully before you place your order.
Once again found their prices hard to beat on several mountain bike related items. Becoming so dominant. Need to work on the speed and cost of their normal shipping. $9/month is too much for Prime.

I am a member of Amazon Prime, and can't praise them enough for this fantastic program. Prompt, free, 2 day shipping is promise well kept by this company, and VERY few others can say that. The same can be said for returns and refunds on products that don't meet my standards. Amazon is my FIRST stop for all of my online shopping because they have a SUPER wide variety of products at SUPER competitive prices. They lead all of their competition in every way!

The negative. Sometimes the items look like returns and are damaged or dirty. Its kind of a guessing game as to the product you will receive and for that reason I usually only buy simple things from Amazon. Anything expensive is bought else where.
I ordered a Times watch and after receiving it i put a return request as it was not same as image shown by Amazon. Its worth is 1970. It is a seller fulfiled product.
I call to amazon customer care regarding that. They said Amazone person will come at my door and pick the product, first call is on 23-nov-2015. The next day i call them again again same reply.
After 2 days i call them and again same reply and next day they said that i have to courier it form my side. Amazon person will not come at my door and also give me time line that with in 3 bussiness day i have to reply back other wise they will assume that i do not want to return this product and close return request.
After that they said i may be get a check of 1970 rs or may be the amount transfer in my account. That is depend on seller.

As a working mom, my time with my family is the most valuable. Why spend it wandering through store after store looking for ideas and the items you need. Amazon either has it, or will recommend where to get it! And with Prime Pantry... look out local grocery store!
I have found that although there are some great deals on here the website is annoying to navigate and if u want a specific item it can take ages to find it if at all. I pay for Amazon prime and think it is a real bargin. I watch and listen and get free deliver. You can't say fairer than that

I shop on Amazon very frequently. It makes life so much easier. I live in the middle of nowhere. So going out to buy things my family or I need is not always possible. But I can always get what I need through Amazon.

I have been shopping at Amazon.com for over 10 years and there has never been a problem they have not been able to fix for me. When I ordered an item and it didn't arrive on time (so I no longer needed it), they allowed me to return it at no charge. When an item I purchased did not work when I tried to use it, they allowed to to return it at no charge and credited my account in full so that I could order something else. When the case I thought was meant for my Kindle Fire was for the wrong generation, they did not even make me return it but credited my account in full so I could go back in and find the product that was appropriate for me. Almost every single order I have ever placed (hundred's of them) have arrived before the expected arrival date and although I am not a prime member I have received many things in the typical 2 day shipping time frame normally reserved for them (even when selecting the free shipping option). Overall, I cannot find one thing to complain about when shopping with Amazon.com, they have the lowest prices on most everything I need and are always go above and beyond in the rare event that there is a problem.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
