There is this flaw in the instant pay system. If during the previous 60 days you accidentally included some item in your shopping cart, which you did not in fact purchase, the next time you purchase anything these items magically re-appear and if you are not very careful you will pay for them!
They also take no responsibility for most 3rd party sellers which has become most of the business.
The function which suggest other products based on previous purchases actually works and I find it more helpful than others.

I love Prime Pantry, a great place to buy everyday stuff. One of the things I love about Amazon is how easy it is to return something if it doesn't fit or you don't like it. I use Amazon prime for watching tv almost every day! It is wonderful! There are a lot of show that you have to pay for without prime put there are still a lot of options. Love it! Totally worth the money!
The problem with Amazon is it's too easy to buy on! I actually can't think of an easier way to buy than Amazon. I've used their customer service a couple of times with orders that didn't arrive and it was EXCELLENT. There are a lot of rubbish customer service dept. out there but Amazon isn't one of them. I've shopped on Amazon for years, I bought the Prime option last year, and will continue to buy it each year. It pays itself off simply with the Priority Mail costs. Adding the icing of the free movie and t. V. Series streaming (yes they have other T. V. Series, but the option of getting the series created by Amazon, Outstanding! I'm already hooked on one of theirs.). Plus the kindle freebies, like getting one free book a month that is an early release?! For book addicts who HATE waiting for 'that' book you want now not next month when it's due to be released just a tad early, major bonus. However, don't count on finding one you are waiting for to be on the list, each month. They do give you a very small selection to choose from. I read many genres so I don't have an issue with finding a book that looks enticing off their list, some do, which is understandable. But every now again I do find my self lucky and get a book that I knew was coming out and planned on buying it, so I won't complain. Lol.
Amazon Prime is really worth the yearly fee, again IF you are a regular at Amazon, or if you spend more than $50 on shipping with them each year. Ye

I will only order through her if shipping and returns are free. I have order many things from through this site. Sometimes the quality is iffy. I have never had a problem with a return. They also have a department to monitors your account to make sure there is no fraudulent activity. Without my knowledge they actually caught someone using my payment account, shipping somewhere I never have and immediately disabled this payment account. When I discovered the activity the informed me what had happened, told me to contact creditor and that they would issue a credit when contacted. I did as told and everything was resolved without any problems. What more can your ask for. Great fraud department service.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
