The shipping was took age (almost one month) and everytime I called the costumer service they didn't know what was going on and what to say except that I should wait and be patient.

Never disappointed with the service I receive. I always get the products when they say I will. If a return is needed and a refund is to be processed, it happens quickly. They update me via email on the status of everything. Never disappointed.
I just love Amazon Prime because I got to shop and have things delivered in 2 business days and not have to worry about anything getting to me on time. Also I didn't have to deal with long lines or high prices. And Amazon is a one stop shopping place.
I LOVE amazon! I order from there just about every week:-) Love Love Love. And customer service is WONDERFUL. Never had an issue whatsoever! If something gets lost, they ship out another no problem. If something is damaged in the shipping, they refund or send another for free. It's great!

I was a Prime member for years and I had pretty much good experiences. Fast shipping, easy to return and change.
Prime membership is now too expensive so I declined the payment. Still working good when we spend more than $35.
Overall I have the feeling they are improving their business.
Amazon used to earn 5 stars I dropped it to 4 since I have had a few shipping issues because they now do some shipping with Ontrac. I do like that if something is not right
You call their customer service and they are always very helpful to make it right. I am an online shopper and enjoy the benefits of prime. The tracking of your orders is also really nice.
Ordered a Christmas present on November 24th. Tried tracking the package with the same result... 'product uploaded to database'. Well by December 10th, I was writing customer service, and given the same response..."we will follow up"... but nobody ever got back to me. I wrote to them 10 times up until today. Same result. I called only to be informed that I would not be receiving my package. No explanation. Now a Christmas gift that my daughter had wanted so bad, she will not be getting. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
