Their shipping and low prices on 80% of their items makes it super convenient. Watch out for their food and face wash type prices; not so great because a third party buys it from big box store and resells for more :(

Have used Amazon for a few years and found it a very good Site that gives very good service. Fast Delivery on their own supplied items. Have just a few times had problem with an item and Amazon has arranged return with either another item or cash refund, all this without any fuss.

Yes, Amazon is pretty darn good.

Very very few problems, and the ones I did have were taken care of pretty quick. I love buying from them... I hate it when I can't get what I'm looking for thru them. Every time I stray from them I regret it big time.

I ordered some training swords from Amazon.com for my husband. The product is NOT what I ordered. The swords are made out is cheap wood and very flimsy. I paid almost fourty dollars for something I could have gotten at Walmart for fifteen bucks. Way to rip people off Amazon.

I'd like to do business with local retailers but the convenience, shipping, and extensive merchandise makes Amazon a very convenient option. Never had a problem that was not immediately resolved.

Their return service is so quick and reasonable to a consumer Amazon never ague with consumer as long as reasonable issue.
Safe and satisfy to shop at Amazon so far.

I order almost everything from Amazon, they have great selection and also plenty of helpful ratings and reviews to help you out :) Just make sure you read where you are ordering from, sometimes things might take a while to arrive depending on location.
