Not only do they get over 90% of my orders on time or sooner, but they get the remainder within 2/3 business days and these are usually due to circumstances outside their control. To top it all off they offer shipping cost refunds for those orders! They are quick to respond and assist and they have great customer service. Definitely recommend.
However, steer clear from their credit card. Not really owned by Amazon and their support is awful.
Want a site that you can trust, even if you don't trust the vendor? Amazon has got your back! I ordered some shoes that said they were leather. I didn't want synthetic and made that a criteria in my search. The description stated they were leather, but when they arrived, they were synthetic leather. I called the vendor that night, very upset and demanded they take them back. They sent me a return authorization, but when I saw the credit issued, I went through the roof. Not only did they charge me the shipping (they said they wouldn't), but they only refunded me the lower price of the synthetic, not the more expensive leather. Meanwhile, the vendor got busy and went to their Amazon listing and changed the description of the shoes. After several phone calls and going in circles with the vendor, I contacted Amazon. They pulled up the order, verified the description at the time of purchase and the amount charged and refunded, and when I hung up the phone I had my full purchase price refunded to me including the shipping! They also told me whenever I have a problem with an order, go to Amazon Customer Care and they will deal with the vendor. Now that is peace of mind!
Joined as a Prime member almost a year ago and have not regretted it once! Two day shipping... HELLO! Lightning Deals and a Savings deal section is awesome! I have even receieved a few free items from certain sellers after making a purchase from them and leaving an honest review. All unexpected and appreaciated. I have had some bad shipping incidents where Amazon or the seller could have done better but those issues were resolved. Im so pleased with them I wish I could buy into the company.

I average at least one delivery per week from Amazon. On the rare occasions when there's some kind of issue, they've handled any issues quickly and well.
Done business with Amazon for many years, will accept returns without a fuss. Makes sure you get all your products as soon as possible. And have a really good product review system in place. I go here to research products. Remember if you buy something from an independent seller through Amazon don't expect manufactures warranties.
Amazon has the WORST Customer REVIEW Department. They are the most uncaring horrible people. They treat you like criminals! They are the worst. Can't give you the common decency to get call you. Because I live in Ca and my sister lives in NY they banned our accounts because we both left feed back on the same product..

I have always had good experiences ordering items off amazon. One time an item got lost in the mail and they immediately sent me a new package without giving me any hassle.

If anything, they include them :) Now they have verified handmade stuff too!
I love amazon. I loved it before I had Amazon Prime too. If I can't find the special items I need at my local stores, I can always find it on Amazon. Saves me driving more than an hour to buy stuff and I can be certain I will get what I want. Plus the 2 day free shipping of Prime is the BEST. THING. EVER!

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
