Service could have been better, but shipping speed is amazing
I purchased a electric skillet pan the price was displayed and then you add postage a total cost of $66.91 wonderful. The invoice reflected this price. Then my bank statement said that the payment to Amazon was $95.01. After I complained and was told that the price was only $66.91 I thought about it and decided that this was the exchange rate conversion to Australian dollars. Amazon would not accept this or issue an invoice with the AU rate.
Then I received the product which I can't use because the electrical cord is not suitable and not to Australian standards. Amazon wanted me to pay for the return of the item. UNBELIEVABLE. Very disappointed Amazon

Had pretty good experiences with amazon. Love the book selection and the items that ive received from them. The only time I ever had an issue was become something didn't on time and they more than made up for it.
I have used Amazon several times now and I am surprised everytime as it seems as soon as I press the send the button within 6 hours I get a tracking email and by 48 hours I seem to get my order. They are also really nice when you do return something or there is an issue. The staff are excellent for customer service issues.

Got two car fobs from a reputable company. They also clearly stated the remotes would have to be programmed, most likely by a dealer. They did. Don't believe anyone who says you can program them yourself.
When its time to go online and purchase something, I ALWAYS go to Amazon.If I can't find it on Amazon (which is rare), I would rather jump in my car and go to a store than buy from other websites. Amazon has always stood by the products they sell and make every attempt to make things right if anything goes wrong.

We have been buying form Amazon for years. Recently we purchased some expensive fence panels to hide our heat pump from view. When they came the quality was terrible and we did not even open the second one. Immediately we contacted amazon and they sent a return shipping label, the credit was posted to our account very timely. I really love amazon, they back what they sell
The company has excellent customer service and order assistance. They will give a return and a refund with no hassle. Their only area that needs improvement is their search feature on the website. It is very difficult to find what you are looking for.
Always great shipping and great products however do not fall for "prime" they will charge your account! In their defense I disputed it and immediately cancelled a prime membership and they quickly refunded my account! I do not recall ever signing up for a "Prime" membership but read fine print! I will still use Amazon in the future!

Deliveries surpass expectations, with some notifying and letting you slot delivery times whilst enabling to track your item so theres no need to stay in all day!

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
