Amazon is very good about keeping the customer satisfied. They know that with so many options to buy, and so many companies out there - that the customer needs to be number one! They keep in mind that the customer is King! No happy customers - no happy vendors!
Okay Amazon.com have customer reviews and sometimes photos make sure you check them out before buying the product! I spent $100+ oh amazon products and they aren't bad quality but a lot of problems people are having on here can be easily fixed if you investigate the product information and stuff they give you before even thinking of buying it.

Excellent Website, it is of tremendous value to me whenever I need to find items, but don't want the hassle of visiting places like Wal-Mart.
The case is slim, light and easy to put on and off. I dropped my phone once and it hold up well. It looks nice and felt nice to touch too. The back material is a smooth rubbery material, its not sticky at all and I prefer this texture than cold metal one. My only concern is that I have oily fingers, and the back part start to show the oily smear after about a week. But it's still easy to clean. The power button does a bit tough to use. But every thing else is great. Not bad at all for the price.

Nobody can beat shipping, packaging and handling of products from Amazon. AFter shopping from it gave me the freedom to get anything anytime. Keep up the good work.

I have Prime and I have been very satisfied. Shopping is easy, accurate descriptions, reviews and easy returns. I now have purchased a Kindle since my new car only has 1 cd and I like to listen to books when driving.

I have had quite a few transactions with Amazon and have found their products to be just as advertised. If by chance you do elect to return an item it is accepted without a hassle I find their customer service reps to be courteous and helpful. I find this is a great compamy to do business with.

Great place to get stuff you are unable to find any place else. Generally arrives fairly quickly, especially if you are a prime member. Twice, though, they said something was coming from over seas, and it turned out to come from the states. Which is good for me, because it didn't take as long to get to me as stated. Bad for the stores because I almost cancelled my orders seeing how long it was going to take. Great return policy. However, I do not like having to pay return shipping for UPS, especially since I can get it free to ship back. There should be that option of doing it yourself.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
