Ive ordered all different items from amazon, from books to tattoo colours
Everything send to my house swiftly
On helpline... they are absolutely amazing, if you got a problem they will ring you within 2 min and try to resolve the prob! They are very professionel and will do anything to make you happy!
When I need something I always check e-bay first, although Amazon has some good deals, e-bay prices are generally lower. Amazon runs a close second though.
I've purchased dozens of items from Amazon with very few issues. On the rare occasion that something arrived broken or there was a mistake, customer service was all about helping me out. They're available by email, phone, or live chat.
I've ordered for years now on amazon. I was never let down. The customer service is great, although you'll rearly need them. I can honestly recomend amazon. Com.
The new returning service is brilliant! Which means I don't have to go pass the post office if I want to return what I've ordered. I just need to request a pick up and they will come around and collect it. Suits me as I work from home with children and it's not always convenient to drag little ones out.
The best deals, the best shipping times, and one click shopping... I love amazon. I use it all the time, and have gotten in the habit of saving money, and using amazon.
I use Amazon to deliver to our rural home heavy goods like canned pet food before I spend the money on gas to drive to the in-town stores. Love them to ship gifts to my far-away grandchild and her mom and dad.
I have found the reviews and the review system on Amazon to be a great help in understanding many products and services. If I take the time to read what regular people have to share, I usually always learn something new and useful. The problem with the internet is that it is a bottomless pit of raw info and has very little context and wisdom is hard to find. Without wisdom, we are all shooting in the dark.
The availability of real user reviews and people's real opinions, as various as they are, is a small ray of light in a dark forest. Since everyone sees things from a different perspective, it is often difficult to weed out the truth about something, but if you read enough comments, sometimes patterns start to emerge. No other company offers as much depth in actual user comments, although this site, sitejabber, is a notable exception.
People have wisdom and most people are decent. If all companies allowed us the freedom to exchange our honest experiences, and the software would allow us to search a little better and also to collate the results, it would be a good day for consumers and a bad day for ruthless companies selling low quality trash. So my Hat is off to Amazon. There is a reason most people use them and that is because they are the most reputable company out there. If other companies followed their example, it would be a better world.
Love the convenience, love the number of reviews, the variety of the products and the good service,
This is an awesome site. I have been a customer for about 3 years. I have never had any issues
Great deals, and you can find just about anything on here.
They are very unreliable. I order diapers and pouches which I needed in a timely manner and were not delivered on the day or the next day they were supposed to arrive. Busy moms don't have time to track down packages. Plus, the costumer service called me at 6:30am. They didnt have a reason for failure of their promised delivery. Go with a vendor that is trust worthy --not diapers.com
I absolutely love Amazon prime. Amazon has a great selection and many ship with the prime membership and you get it within 1-2 days. I love it!
Great site for online purchases. Large inventory of most products. Fast delivery. Good tracking system.
Fast and reliable, most of their products are free shipping and good standards, the return policy are guaranteed to help you at ease.
I am Daniel.
Question? Amazon?
After so many years buying from Amazon I can say I will never again buy from them. They are part of system which systematically cheating buyers. Claims are always denied. Ti is not about the people working at Amazon but their policy. Amazon cheating me after so many years feels like being cheated by a wife. I trusted their system and the credibility. To find later that customers always comes last. Suppliers comes first. They take your money. You lay claims and after 3-4 months you get tired you give up and they get your money.
My question is. How many people out there who bought from Amazon and didn't receive what they bought and eventually gave up. For me Amazon lost it's credibility.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
