Amazon has the best customer service ever. It's the way customer service used to be conducted - when companies still cared about customer satisfaction. However, the same consideration doesn't evidently translate to employee relations. The more I read about its employee unfriendly policies + treatment, the more I turn my business elsewhere. Sorry but I can't feel good about supporting a company that mistreats its workers.

I've rarely had an issue with anything I bought on Amazon, and when I did, they resolved in really quickly. My only negatives are that not everything is available via Prime, and Amazon is definitely NOT always the most economical option... but you pay for the convenience of having things delivered to your door, I guess.
My other issue is with selling books on Amazon. I've done this for several years with little problems, but recently, I listed a pair of books that were brand new, but had been at a bookstore for a long time and never sold. The ISBN showed the publishing date, and I stated the year of publication in the listing details. Both books dealt with professional photography, and the contents were still valid. The buyer got all bent out of shape about the fact that books were older (although they were brand spanking new) and complained to Amazon... who found in his favor. He got his money back, and was to return the books to me, but he never did that, and Amazon did nothing about it. Seems they're like eBay, and all about the buyers, but want to do nothing for sellers.
You can find almost anything you need at a reasonable price. I wish there was more options with the pricing on shipping
Amazon has always been there for me. There products are backed by them & they do stand by there return policy. That's what I love about this company. & Things they sell on there site are great or you can return them for a refund. Thank you Amazon your great.
Amazon is amazing. Practically anything you ever needed or wanted is available through them. Shipping is amazingly fast with order being 2 day delivery arriving even faster at times. Just be careful of who they actually vendor is for items being sold on Amazon. Some vendors are sketchy. Read the reviews, and get it from Amazon if you can. They also have a super easy, hassle free return policy.
I have order a variety of merchandise from Amazon. I haven't had to many problems with delivery or if I had to return something, except for a purchase I made and did not know it was coming from China. Took a long time to receive and a size Large was more like a Small. Would cost to much to return so I gave it to my sister in law. Amazon is great just research where your merchandise is coming from when it's not from Amazon warehouse.
