I love that I can go to Amazon's site while I'm thinking of something I need, find it, order it, and know that it will be delivered within a few days. I'm not a fan of Amazon Pantry, though, because those purchases are separated from other (non-grocery store) items in my cart.
I'm also not a fan of the 4-year limit on Amazon Prime Student. I'm a part-time college student and I work at a public university. I can attest to the fact that it is the rare student that graduates in 4 years' time.
I read few reviews and was scared to order, but it was the only site I found the right converse color for my son's birthday. I ordered two sizes 5 and 6 and was little worried I won't get the right ones or not at the right time. One they said it will arrive next day and it did and totally love it. Second they said will arrive in a week and it did arrive earlier than expected :D So happy I went with my gut and ordered the converses. Hope I'll do more business with them and they stay as honest and reliable as they were for this transaction. Thanks Diapers.com

LotFancy Sunglasses are very great quality for its price, the quality is so great to exceed our expectation. The frame of the sunglasses are well made and the lenses an impact resistant Polycarbonate composite, meet the UV400 standard. I wore the sunglasses to the beach and for hiking and camping with my friends and the sunglasses are very comfortable to wear for a whole day. The sunglasses come with a nice hard-shell case too, so the storage is safe and convenient. Well, I am pretty sure the sunglasses are so great and affordable for everyone.
Honestly I'm always so happy with shopping on amazon because it's definitely more reliable than ebay. You can track items, have prime delivery and not mention the fantastic customer service they provide. It's so easy to get through to them and they have always been so helpful when I've had concerns.
Not to mention I trust sellers more and know that all paid transactions are safe.
Twice now my bank account has gone into the negative because the idiots who run this site will give you a refund and then take it back out, and then you have to wait a week to receive your money back a second time! They offer $10 gift certificates like that's going to help!
Also, I am well aware missing items are the sellers responsibility, but I have had 2 packages mysteriously disappear.

Ah amazon... where I can find that item I've been searching for and receive it... like 9 weeks later. I do really love amazon as a place to find items I can't get anywhere else, and I LOVE the new prime which includes FREE kindle books (yay!) but I just ordered pencil rolls for the kids and they took something like three months to come in. I already had to buy them new pencil cases.
Amazon needs to add sections for retailers who are able to deliver on time. Another pet peeve: having to open the product page to find out a. Whether the product ships to my area and b. What the shipping cost is. I feel like, with the number of products listed, those details should both be right there on the home page.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
