Best site from purchasing product because I had great experience from this site and they have good quality of product and I would really recommend this site.
I've delt with a lot of glitches with the wish list and wish list button with how well it works with other sites you can save things from another site on your amazon wish list.
Its service is excellent, and it is easy to find your need things, great for me!
Amazon is the best! Fast quality service! Great customer service with any issues. Highly recommend!
I've been buying from amazon 8 years from now. They deliver fast, have very good prices, always trustable. Best place to buy online!
I always trust Amazon when I order with them. It is so easy to track your packages, and I have ordered from them a lot, never had a problem.
Amazon has raised their free shipping rates $10.00. It takes longer and longer to get ordered items. If you order "prime" you get most items within 2 days. I guess they are getting more Prime subscribers that way.
I feel a bit guilty for liking Amazon so much, as I try to support independent stores. It is so easy to use, the product reviews are very helpful & the customer service is very good.
Love shopping on Amazon! So easy and you can find some great deals! I love that I don't have to leave my house to get hard to find our unusual items. Love it!
I order from Amazon weekly, if not more often, and am amazed at the swift delivery, the ease of returns, and the amazing breadth of products offered. My only concern has been with the packaging a few times--I ordered some liquid garden products that included organic pest control. That came in a large box that also included a WaterPik & accessories. The bottles of garden products leaked all over the box and other contents, and it leaked all over the postal carrier's vehicle. Amazon replace the items, which was nice, but the stink and aggravation was unwelcome... No edible or health care products ever should be packed with pest control products--no commonsense there! On another occasion, I ordered a three-jar pack of Lingonberries. These were bound together in a manner that would suggest safety, but the middle jar was smashed and leaked sticky goo all over everything else in the box--insufficient packing material had been used--those air pillows had shifted all over, the box was too large, and it seemed, again, that commonsense was absent in the packing process. Amazon always replaces items such as this, but they could save money and time and customer anger if a little more "thought" went into the packing process. If robots pack, however, they need to be programmed accordingly ;)
Amazon was great. Now it is terrible.
A. They have become very sneaky, with a complicated order procedure that tries to trick you into signing up for Amazon Prime (my 91-year-old mother was a victim) by making the buttons for that bright orange, as if that is the default for ordering. The "free shipping" now is also obfuscated: It used to be at the top, now is in with "Free Shipping! - (if you get our credit card)". "Amazon Pantry" as well--what is that? Complicated. Sometimes I choose an item and it comes up in the cart that I ordered two (no, I didn't click twice). Sneaky. Don't like it at all. Used to be simple and quick.
B. Shipping is now much less reliable, time-wise. They have taken to using the post office, which does not re-deliver, and tracking delivery dates are no longer accurate a lot of the time.
C. Free shipping was $25 minimum order, then $35, now--apparently--$49.
D. Aren't so great to their employees, from what I understand. I always look for an alternative (B&H for electronics, for instance).
E. Amazon-shipped items still pretty reliable, but I have had increasing problems with outside store orders. Seems like they don't vet the stores so well anymore. I notice that many Amazon-affiliated stores are rated badly by Resellerratings.
F. Customer service is like communicating with robots (which may be what you are doing). Returns have been fine for me, however.
Amazon needs to take a page from Costco, which has held its quality--and continued to make a good profit--even though it is at the top in its field and treats its employees very well. I will avoid Amazon whenever possible.
Used to order from them all the time. 6 months ago the site froze up and they could care less. Said it was my computer, so went to the library 30 minutes away and guess what? YEP! Locked up!
Sad customer service support who could care less.
If you have a computer and an internet connection, Amazon is sure to have something you need at a good to great price, Simply a life chaging way to buy the things I need in life.
I can't express into words how great Amazon is. They don't mess around. Good deals, free shipping. Amazon is very customer friendly, even if you royally **** up.
I moved states (military) and accidentally sent 3 items to my house in the other state. I thought I was ****ed, called up Amazon about it. They contacted the UPS/FEDX both for me and sorted it all out! AND they refunded my items that day!
Will never shop on another website besides Amazon.
Amazon is safe and reliable. In the past I used other online shops, but now I stick only with Amazon. If everyone likes them so much it doesn't mean that they are somehow bad. The people know what they are saying.
My favorite shopping website, has just about anything you could want.
Amazon used to be good. Now, everything is just a shame. Representatives even tell you lies.
My business has been using Amazon for over three years now. From copy paper to coffee makers, we buy just about everything office supply related here. With free shipping and a generous return policy I can't see why everyone wouldn't use it.
As a prime member I do order a lot on Amazon, I use Amazon Instant Videos, had a great experience with Amazon Fresh grocery shopping.
Sometimes items marked as two-days free shipping take longer to arrive, happens rarely but it took one start away)
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
