I have had nothing but great experiences with Amazon. Most of my items lately have been arriving in advance of my expected date to receive. I don't know why, but happy about it. So good just keeps getting better!

I was looking for an apple 4 for my wife she just had a pacemaker put in. Are family dr suggested this watch because of the features it would help monitor her heart. I went on amazon and tried to order one but soon became a cluster f&$k, after I ordered amazon kept saying your card did not go through. Once again I called amazon customer service and complained I had 12 orders for the watch! After many hours on the phone I was getting frustrated and I just wanted to cancel my order all but 2 apple 4 watches were canceled they still sent me 2 watches and 6 magnetic power cords. I was a prime member but didn't receive order until 2 -3 days later and I could not dispute order with my credit card company until it shows up on my credit card. I canceled my prime membership and asked to be refunded my membership I have yet to receive it!

I was always a fan of Amazon but I have to say since I got Amazon Prime, i'm now devoted and its my go to shop when i'm looking for anything. I will of course do research to find the best price but for most things, Amazon Prime is hard to beat - they deliver faster than anyone (including Fedex based deliveries) and that does matter - ordering from stores and having to wait a week or two because it goes by SurePost or slow post via fedex cheaper options is a killer - with Amazon, I'm usually paying less and its here in 1 or 2 days - pretty incredible. It's been the handiest site for me when i need gifts or items at short notice! Hard to beat them and the quality works, they have the breadth of selection and choices and no matter what people say Amazon is giving jobs too so you can't totally guilt people about not going to brick and mortar stores. Its as fast to return on Amazon as it is any store (and somethings costs you less as you just try it and pop it right back in the box the same day to go back! Love it!

You can't go wrong when shopping at Amazon. To me, Amazon is the equivament to Nordsrom. They both have impeccable customer service which is very important to me. I have never had any problems shopping at top notch classy store like these two. I am a very happy customer whenever I shop at either one of these stores!

Amazon is the best place to buy and if you live in a rural town like I do it is the only place to buy, they will always help you out if there is any problem. I have been buying from Amazon for years, never had a problem. Always able to return, but they generally work with good quality people.
I would say it is a safe place to buy

I am an Amazon fan. I live in a small town and for exotic items like a stainless steel pet fountain, or electronic items I need to go on line. Amazon has the best prices, and for prime members, often free shipping. The items arrive timely are well packaged. I can usually find used goods in very good conditions. It's better than driving 80 miles round trip to the nearest city and run to 3-4 stores only to find they don't have what I'm looking for in the price range I'm willing to spend.

I do not like what I am reading about how they treat their employees. As a former employer I know that the bottom line is not the only measuring stick of a business. I won't shop at WalMart because of their unethical business practices. If Amazon continues down this path of employee exploitation I may have to look elsewhere to shop. We vote with our dollars and approval of unethical business practices should not be tolerated.

I ordered an in stock network router through AMAZON.COM, not a 3rd party seller. Promised next day delivery if I bought PRIME. I did not and 5 days later the router still did not ship and still shows in stock. There is absolutely no excuse for this delay in shipping. I could have gotten same day ship for the same price from elsewhere and would have, except I had AMAZON gift cards to use. Disappointed that AMAZON holds your order hostage just to promote selling their PRIME service. Will shop else where going forward. I have had much better customer service from ebay sellers and direct purchase.

One Stop Shopping!

Amazon is my one stop shopping site. It doesn't matter what I am looking for... it's always there. I have had some pretty bizzare searchs... but the product is there. I am a prime member so I get excellent turn around on shipping that never fails to arrive on time. I enjoy watching all the tv shows and movies plus I have a few play lists for my music fix downloaded too! You might think, 99 bucks. Sure is high, but Trust Me! It has been the best value for any product I have ever used. Join me as a member... shop amazon smiles where you can pick a worthy cause to help support with out paying extra. It comes from the percentage of what Amazon makes. I love to save the animals... what do you want to save? I definitely give them a 10 star rating... but they only have 5 to choose!

I went to the amazon site to buy a replacement catalytic converter for my vehicle to meet California emission standards. The site noted the converter would fit my vehicle. I ordered it, had it welded in place, and went for a smog test. It failed, and the emissions were 4 times higher with this new cat as compared to the old one. After further research, the converter Amazon noted for fitting my vehicle was incorrect. They allowed me to return it, but I had already spent the price of the converter on the installation and smog test. The vehicle is now listed as a gross polluter. WOW! GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT!

I really like Prime. But lately I've noticed that items coming in 3 days instead of normal 2 days. Some retailers are selling fraud merchandise and some of the reviews are paid for. I hope this is not a sign things to come. Just be aware of this. But Amazon will refund no questions asked. That's why the 4 stars.
You pay more on Amazon but it's worth it for fast delivery and great customer service if something goes wrong
