I used to love Amazon, until they began pushing Prime to the detriment of everyone else. I tend to order enough to escape shipping charges, and since they've got an outlet right up the road, I used to get every order before the promised dates. Now I get every order at the very last minute, at the outer range of promised dates, sometimes a day or so later. Am I not meant to complain because I'm not buying Prime? Or is this coercion?
Never a problem and quality always good and price is nearly always the lowest.

I have Amazon prime so I get free 2 day shipping on most things which is awesome! I have never had any problems with this website and they pretty much have anything you are looking for! The communication is great and I have never had to wait more than 4 days for my order! The return process is super easy and reliable I have never had any problems from this site!

I think one of the biggest E-shop. You can find whatever you need with a very good service like prime or standard profile which can grant you a even fast shipment. Prices are a little high compared to other E-shop but Amazon leave you safe and relaxed.
Got my self a fake ddr2 ram from it and company is not refunding my money. Even after i proved the ram was fake. Even manufacturer Trancend also mail them the ram was fake but no action taken on it...

MY MAIN PROBLEM WAS THAT, ONCE I ACTUALLY ORDERED THE ITEM, IT THEN SHOWED THAT THE ITEM WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL FRIDAY, SEPT 30.!
I CALLED AMAZON AND SPOKE TO 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. EACH ONE TOLD ME THAT THIS DID NOT MAKE SENSE TO THEM EITHER BUT THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO UPGRADE THE DELIVERY OR SPEED THE DELIVERY IN ANY WAY AND MY ITEM WOULD STILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL SEPT. 30 - EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SHOWS "GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE OF SEPT 29"
NONE OF THE 4 PEOPLE COULD EXPLAIN WHAT THE WORD "GUARANTEED" MEANT IN THIS INSTANCE, NOR WOULD ANY OF THEM OFFER ANY SORT OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS 'FALSE ADVERTISING'.

EVEN THOUGH I WAS LOOKING DIRECTLY AT THE WEBSITE AT THAT MOMENT AND MY SCREEN STILL SHOWED 09-29.?!?!?
I ASKED HER FOR AN UPPER ESTABLISHMENT PERSON TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER WITH AND SHE TOLD ME THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE ONLY PLACE I COULD TALK TO TO AT ALL. IT IS QUITE APPARENT THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL NEVER BE RESOLVED OR CORRECTED AND THAT CUSTOMERS CANNOT TRUST THE AMAZON WEBSITE TO BE CORRECT. A huge conglomerate who does not care about you. They will defer responsibility whenever possible, their customer service is non-existent. That said, they are the ONLY source for overnight needs, and own the cloud. So you must dance with the devil unless you are able to be off-grid. You have no recourse. Just be awrae

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
