Amazon is my go to shopping site. I very rarely find what I'm looking for cheaper. Their customer service is off the charts wonderful!
I like amazon's return policy. I won't waste money if I don't like the products.
If there is any problem, it's very easy to return items for full refunds. Great customer service.
Have ordered quite a bit through Amazon over the years and are generally pleased with the transactions.
Joining Prime was the best decision I made! I can shop from home and get free two day shipping with my prime membership plus free videos to watch on my TV.
They have great prices and it makes shopping for the holidays and birthdays a breeze. For a busy working mom and grandma this makes my life easier. I only received one order missing something and it was refunded within 48 hours. I have shopped online with Gap, Wal Mart, The Children's Place and Academy Sports and had horrible problems with every order. But Amazon is awesome and worth the membership!
Excellent product with excellent quality.
Always trusty!
I shop on Amazon quite a bit and their okay. I say okay because what you see is not always what you get. I have ordered tablets which we're supposed to be new but clearly weren't the screens we're scratched and they had food residue on them. I have ordered movies "series" and it was advertised as the "complete" series just to find out your a few discs shy of complete. Also if you buy comforters and comforter sets be careful I ordered a couple and ended up not even getting what I thought I ordered, I got micro fiber which I hat,, it looks cheap I washed it according to the instructions and ended up with a blob the middle batting was all bunched up in one corner. The she'll of the comforter was very thin and ripped easily. I have ordered sheets sets and did not get the thread count I paid for the colors we're right but that's it. For the most part I really stay away from ordering electronics or bedding on line. Amazon does have a pretty good return policy and have not had any problems returning anything I have ordered from them.
I have had good experiences with shopping on Amazon. Would recommend to others
I can always rely on Amazon to ship items to me within two business day (Prime Now member).
Amazon assured me that delivery would be on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday afternoon. A little late and very rude staff.
Amazon is one of the most trusted online stores. It's prompt. They respond to customers, and quickly. And it is definitely LEGITIMATE. They have been for the past 21 years! If you got the wrong item, you're able to return it with no issues! Of course, Amazon is wildly, known across the world. But it wasn't then, in 1995. I will continue shopping there, knowing that I can do business with them, shop, save, and pay. I bought a lot things, and the things I buy get shipped accordingly. You can get standard shipping, or same-day shipping! This major online-store is just great! Smooth pay, and shipping. And products arrive early or on specific day!
I recommend this store. To everyone!
Amazon and I have parted ways, partly for the reason that their customer service is outsourced, barely speaks English and totally unreliable. You really have to take their advice with a huge grain of salt.
As a buyer, I have experienced situations when I ordered an item of a certain color but received a different color with an explanation that they were out of stock on the color #1. That color however still was listed up for sale, even though being out of stock. Amazon doesn't care.
So it just wasn't working, and I requested my account closed. I am now a Top Rated Seller on eBay, and am happy with that. Am buying on eBay, too.
I have ordered gifts, lots of different merchandise from different vendors through Amazon. Prime pays for itself many times over. You name it, I've bought it, music, electronics, clothing, wedding and birthday gifts from people's wish lists.
When I first signed up for prime a few years ago, I just wanted it for the 2 day shipping because the rest of the benefits just seems meaningless to me or lame. You used to get everything in 2 days if you ordered by a certain time at the day. U see something like order by this time and get it by the day. That was always accurate. Now I always get super slow prime items, one recently ordered on a tuesday for a flash drive took until monday. And frequently my items take 4 days etc. these are not 3rd party sellers because i try to only buy from amazon directly to get the fastest shipping. They just simply arent fast or any good anymore or most importantly reliable. The worst part is before they used to try to be nice and give 1 month prime extensions and ive had people offer me 10 dollar refunds multiple times or the extensions but this was a long time ago. Now they only make excuses and never do anything to make sure I am satisfied about my prime shipments being extremely late. I've exported my amazon purchases on my account and added them on excel and have spent like almost 10k dollars and you would think they would at least allow me to not have to pay 100 for this joke service on top of that. I do not recommend prime to anyone. If u are looking for 2 day shipping its not here. They do not care if u get it in 2 days or not and frequently u wont. Could be 5 business days like mine took.
I love Amazon they have some of the best deals especially with Amazon Prime I use Amazon at least 10 times a day LOL
Amazon is the greatest, the fastest, often the best price, and the customer service, albeit not in person, is FANTASTIC. Even when I forget to use a product within the 30 day refund/return deadline, they recognize that its a legit problem with an item and take care of me.
They have variety, they have competitive prices, they accept all forms of payment, they just ROCK
I always receive my purchases fast and their prices are too good to ignore. Will be a lifelong Amazon customer.
Did an offer and got a spiralizer, excellent and easy to use, great to get kids involved in making their own meal. Fast delivery and well packaged, Would recommend it to family and friends.
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
