I have been able to buy my grandson's pull ups from amazon at a price that I can afford, not only that they have a larger quantity Not only that I have purchased my cat food 22 lbs for the same dollar amount that I would get it for at the feed store for 16 lbs. I could keep going on and on. Amazon is always my first choice when I am considering something.

I have been an Amazon shopper many years. I probably order about 30-40 times a year. I have yet to have a negative experience. If I needed to return an item, which has only happened twice, because of defects, their return procedure is quick and easy.

I have had a lot of experience with the amazon site and most of the time my items arrive on time. I use to love shopping on amazon until i had a couple of bad experiences with items coming that did not work the way that they were suppose to as stated in the advertisement of these items.So in conclusion i stopped buying as many items as i would have loved to purchase.
Since recently, Amazon adopted the practice of cancelling parts of purchase orders. You order 10 items, but if you get 7 of them, you'd better believe you are very lucky. After so many items that failed to deliver, I believe this is a pattern and a conscious business decision. As a result, if the item you are purchasing is a necessity, Amazon is no more a reliable enough place to order there. I am sure there are a number of reliable vendors on Amazon, but overall it is no more nearly as reliable as it used to be.
Amazon is everything online customer could ever wish for - and with every update, they make it even more user frienly and client-centered. The only drawback is that there's way too many books (especially the old ones) which are available solely second hand - not exactly what I'm looking for. Overall, a great experience tho.
Well, do not even try to do so, it will a 100% waste of your time. This company deserves to be avoided. It will put every small business entrepreneur OUT of business, with lower prices but nothing else. The company takes over every business on the face of this planet and eliminates the tiniest opportunity for anybody do start a business. Think about this, before you support an organization like this, owned by Bezos, a dyed-in-the-wool lefty-progressive.
Not good for the future of America and a middle class based on business opportunities and small business. Please consider.

If you don't want to spend approximately $100 for free shipping on almost everything and other greatperks don't fret. I usually get my order as long as they are over $ 50 for free shipping as well as receiving them In a week or less I am always happily surprise. Returns are never a problem, their customer service representatives are knowledgable and treat you like your a valuable asset( that's always nice). Please don't forget you get what you pay for and most of the time you get what you expect. My favorite on- line one stop shopping network
And I don't think anyone will ever reach it. UNless they hire some new guy who imagines he will change it for the better.
Through their online store and marketplace you can sometimes find what you need for a very low price, especially when many are sold-out.
As far as I can recall I have been a member with Amazon since it began online. I have been a prime member since 2011. I have never ever has a single issue with anything I have purchased through them, nor have I ever had an issue with Cx service through them. Like I had one item, I though eggplant was a purple with more of a hint of blue, the Cx service sent me an actual picture of the color and this helped me decide that eggplant was not my color. I have returned one item in the whole time I have been with them, and it was due to shipping error.
I have been buying from Amazon for 3 to 4 years now. I never had one bad experience with them! I send Christmas gifts to family (they send it for you) through Amazon. Most of my family lives out of my State. Love them & will always shop on Amazon!

I needed to order something last minute before I left for a trip on Sunday. It was critical my order arrived on Friday and I was placing the order on Wednesday evening. I thought no way it would arrive by Friday and I would be screwed! Amazingly it came first thing Friday morning! So impressed!
I have been buying from Amazon probably just days after it got started, a long time ago. I do however, check other websites before buying to see if I can get an item(s) cheaper. This is very important, believe me.
I've never had a problem. I buy appliances, school supplies, pantry items, electronics, games... you name it. Never had a problem. Paying for a Prime membership is the best thing I've ever done.

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
