I've been shopping at Amazon for years. They stand behind everything they sell, and they have wonderful customer service. I have never had a problem making returns when needed. If a return is needed due to a quality issue, just call them, and they pay for the return shipping. If you set up an Amazon Prime account, then a very large variety of items they sell have free 2 day shipping. I highly recommend Amazon.com!

Just ordered three cell phones using three different gift cards. Amazon received authorization of funds and had funds transferred to their account. Then the orders were declined due to payment type, even after getting an authorization approval of funds and transferring them to their account? The cards are no longer any good to use on any other site, Amazon has the money, and even though the orderes were declined due to the payment type, they still took the money and are holding it for 3-5 days, to determine whether or not to release it back to the bank. Bait & Switch, Scam, how many people get their money held for no apparent reason. Amazon couldn't explain why they didnt accept the Gift Cards? Also they said only one gift card had been approved and authorized, but actually all three cards were authorized and all funds transferred to their account! Caught in a LIE!

I love Amazon! I purchase almost everything from Amazon for business and personal use. I love not having to run around town looking for what I want. Amazon is very convenient for me. I've never had a problem with any products I've purchase, and if I did Amazon has helped in getting what I really needed.
Sent me a wrong item and than wanted to charge me $40 more for ordering same item.
Horrible customer service. Rude representative/manager Armando G. Wanted to disconnect because he did not feel like honoring agreement we made when they charged me for the item I ordered.

I get everything at Amazon. I have always been treated like a movie star. My prime account is the best $99, I have ever spent. The only thing I don't buy here is large appliances and I am going to try that soon. I stream music, watch videos and get free shipping using my prime account and I saved a ton of money. There is nothing bad about this company and I am hard to please.
They are great. Had a problem with an item and they refunded immediately and told me not to return item. Love the Prime service. I have never done so much online shopping

What more is there to add. Amazon.com is already a popular online super mart. What i really love about the site is the amount of detail they give out to the buyer on their goods. This makes it easy for the buyer to assess the goods. And if the buyer isn't please, there are more brands on the product list to choose from.
I had to contact Amazon as someone stole my package that was left in front of my door so I explained them what happened and offered to share the video of the person stealing the box etc. They were so professional and didn't want to waste my time and re-shipped the item again. Thanks for the great service. Keep up the good work.
First of all in order to refund an item will charge you half the cost of the item and will make you drop it at the UPS store. Second of all they'll drop prices the very next day you buy an item and when you call for a price match they tell you they don't do that anymore. Then when you tell them you won't shop at Amazon ever again because of their bad policies they'll tell you that they don't care. Horrible company/policies.
This is such a fabulous company to work with. Rarely do I return something but when I do it is HASSLE FREE.

Bought a phone cord that immediately fried my phone. Amazon would do nothing about me being out $500 to replace my phone. They would only refund cord. No insurance to look after your customers 're losses for products sold on their site? Takes no responsibility? As a customer you are on your own worse then being it from a garage sale. BEWARE!

Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
