I have doing my shopping on amazon for several years now.
I just sign last year with their Prime and It did save me money on my shipping my stuff. And I like the fact that I get prime videos for free. Now I do not need my Netflix.
Amazon states, they bill you when the order ships, well my credit card got billed over 6 hours later on 3 orders that didn't ship. I checked with the bank, the items were manually processed for payment at Amazon to my credit card prior to shipping. They lie. They bill before they ship. Also I had an order cancel - and over 6 hours later, they billed my credit card and the email they sent on cancellation stated "Don't worry your not billed anyway until the order ships." What a joke. I don't like dishonest companies that lie and would not refer them to anyone for beans. At least Ebay is honest and they don't lie.
Been shopping for years at Amazon.com and it is my favorite place to order just about anything you could want or need. I know when my item will arrive and that it will be packaged well. Never had one problem with Amazon and if I could rate it higher then 5 stars I would!
Amazon is easy to use & easy to find items the only complain I have is the shipping is too high from whoever determines the shipping! I have bought some quality items here & they're the only ppl who carry OMAR charging cables they are endorsed by Apple! Amazon is easy to find products! I like the site!

I have bought so many things from Amazon over the years and hope to keep using the website forever. I ordered a costume for my brother that was ill fitting and not the same fabric it was advertised as. After contacting the seller he said we couldn't return the product because the package was opened, when we sent him another message demanding to return the product because we couldn't look at the product without opening the package and that's the only way we knew it was wrong, the seller said we could return it for a 50% refund. I contacted Amazon promptly to file a claim and not only did they make sure the money was refunded the same day, they told we didn't have to send it back because the seller wouldn't provide a prepaid shipping return label. They respond quickly and go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone!
I buy a lot from Amazon. But, when there is a problem its hard to resolve. Exchanges or returns are easy, stupid stuff live identifying commercial addressed so the dont try to deliver weekends or USPS don't deliver to that address. UPS will, USPS wont & amazon don't allow you to "educate" them as to what works. One size fits all.
Very often it offers discount for diapers. I am a frequent customer here
