A company owed me 4 dollars. My honor is important and I dislike being cheated. I had purchased from Amazon not from the Vendor website. I called Amazon. Immediately they credited 4 dollars to my Amazon account. I was told Amazon WOULD contact the vendor who had refused a refund. Amazon makes online shopping safer, fun, and fair. I love Amazon.
You have to do your due diligence when shopping on Amazon. You need to research the sellers and don't expect to get 1st quality items. Half of the stuff on here is fake rubbish Chinese imports. The other half is legit rubbish Chinese imports.

I have been a member since 2012. It changed drastically. Iam a PRIME MEMER. I order some tooth pain jell for 7.50. It said 0 shipping. So I put it thru. It came in the mail damaged. It looked like a truck ran over it. It broke the tube. Amazon wanted it back. I sent it with something else. They sent it back to me instead of the seller. So I looked it up. AMAZON CHARGED ME 59.95 for shipping a 7.50 tooth gel. What the heck. That is not on my receipt. I caught them again. It took 2 weeks and 3 calls to get my money. If it was not damaged. I would have not caught them ripping me off. I did not authorize it. Walgreens is a block from my house. I could have walked for free.
At Christmas I sent back a Carhardtt men's coat and hat. They disappeared. After a month they found the coat. Three months later the hat arrives from Amazon Marketplace with a note. They were calling me A liar and I did not send the items back.

Okay, I may be a little biased, because I sell coloring books on Amazon. However, I shop at Amazon all the time. Recently, I bought a nice set of colored pencils called Inktense (by Derwent). I have wanted those watercolor pencils for a long time, but I had only ever seen them at the craft store and the price was outrageous. ($80) Then I saw the same set on Amazon for less than half the price! I was so happy! I check the prices on Amazon now more often to see if I could get things cheaper.
Items other then books not the best for me often low grade products you have to return.
I used their Amazon return locker today. Pretty convenient.
Amazon is reliable and a great set up. It is a great way to get reviews and compare products. Plus our orders are almost always received faster than expected. I have yet to not recieve an item I ordered (and we order a lot).
It's great, I only had one bad experience which was taken care of emmedietly, a book I bought fell apart the day Ito arrived, I contacted Amazon got a full refund and got to keep the book which was cool, it took a long time to tape the pages together and the book looks like something I got out of a dumpster but Amazon took care of the problem, I got my money and a free fugly book

You don't have to have paypal, they offer prime for free 2 day shipping, but you don't HAVE to. And if you type in what you want or cheap stuff under 2 dollars then refine search for priced low to high, it brings up all kinds of sales with very cheap or little shipping. Best online shop ever!
This web site is on the very expensive side in terms of product cost. I can purchase the same items that Wag sells at much lower prices at my local pet supply chain store or at Chewy.com.
I placed my first order with Wag several years ago. The package took forever to arrive. I feared it was lost in the mail and I couldn't track it online. I called the Wag customer service number. The CSR was pleasant, but could not locate my package in transit. Therefore, he re-ordered the same items I had purchased and (of course) did not charge me for them a second time.
Eventually, both packages arrived, and therefore, I received duplicates of all items for the price of one of each. That was a great thing. However, since then, my orders with Wag were problematic. Often, their coupon codes didn't work, the codes were very restrictive, or there were other issues with my orders. I had called the customer service line on another occassion. The CSR I spoke with was gregarious and outgoing. He was reviewing my order on his end while we were on the phone. I was put off, however, by his commenting on the contents of my order. He said things like, "I see you purchased X. I personally prefer Y".
Generally speaking, Wag is mostly efficiently-run and good with customers. However, their prices now border on outrageous. I haven't shopped at that web site in quite some time. I doubt that I will ever shop at Wag again.
Merchandise usually is at my door in 2 to 3 days must of the time I get free shipment and thats a plus for me and when i need to return merchandise no problem customer support is there to help i will continue buying at amazon. Great job
Ladies amazon is fantastic u get exactly what u see they're shipping is great usually 2 to 3 days lot of stuff is free shipping! Not cheap tacky things but great quality at great prices! So stop dealing with these rip off scams! Go to people and products u can trust and depend on reputation an quality go Amazon I will never buy from any other online company again except Amazon!

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
