I just love love love amazon. One click and I bought something. It's quick, easy to navigate, can find anything and everything on Amazon!
Amazon is the only place I use 90% of the time when I shop online. I have had one instance
Where I had to return a product and that experience was flawless. I guess there might be other places like Amazon but I will stay with them until I am convinced that they don't care about me.
Amazon is always there for you if you get a product you don't like all you got to do is tell them they send you a label you pop it on and you mail it back and you get a refund
Shipping is always just as they tell you but sometimes the orders may come incorrectly sent which happened to me a small handful of times with Amazon. Other than that they've been perfect
Hello everyone! Who else have been wondering whether Amazon is trusted by web shoppers around the world?
This is true.
In fact just for your own learning, make just some research on the web, you will find how much money Amazon makes a year and how many people willing to work with Amazon company.
It's lot of it, and this is telling that they are trusted.
Why shouldn't you too?
If you are also passionate to buy online, make sure to do it through Amazon.com, you will be safe all the way long your purchase process.
Love me some Amazon!
We have the Prime membership and we love it!
The prices compare to the ones we have locally. And it comes in 2 days most of the time. If you order on Thurs or Fri them it takes a little longer.
Amazon has a lot of quality products and its prime membership makes most shipments free of shipping costs. However, Amazon does not allow you to select the carrier and may select one that cannot deliver to your address. My address is a Rural route Box and they have repeatedly sent shipments through UPS. That carrier just returns the packages. I have contacted Amazon several times and they promise to put a note on my record to not use UPS and the same thing happens again.
Amazon.com sucks! Their customer service reps are useless. If you have to call more than once on a problem you get a different rep every time. The previous rep doesn't always note the details of your phone call so the next time you call you discover that the previous rep lied to you in whatever they told you. And if you call a third time it only get worse.
It is even worse if you bought the item from a third party vendor and not Amazon itself.
Amazon's listings are the worst for product information. Then if you call Amazon for further info on a given product the phone reps have no idea about product info beyond what's on the screen in the listing.
Amazon is becoming one of my favorite sites to shop these days. The prices are considerately lower than many sites. Delivery time is reasonable and the return policies are pretty awesome too. So far I never had any issues even when I had to return some items.
Amazon of course is a great platform, suppliers from all over the world.
I trust this site with my eyes closed, they are fully transparent and exact with details, their Prime subscription is the best!. I love the quality of their items, the large variety of products they offer.
I needed a bed quickly for my mother going into assisted living. Had a nightmare experience with overstock.com, but Amazon came through with quick delivery.
This company just keeps getting better and better. In 1999, when Jeff Bezos said "we are going to sell everything to everyone" I thought he was smoking funny cigarettes. Maybe he was... Combined with eBay, brick and mortar retailing has little hope. I wouldn't be surprised if Amazon bought UPS.
For the price, I've been practically refunded 100% of my subscription fee by foregoing the free 2 day shipping and selecting no-rush shipping. Then I've chosen about $100 worth of digital content and paid with the credits. With the Amazon Flash deals, I've saved a ton of money. Definitely worth the money!
I just signed up for a Prime membership after passing on it for a number of years and all I can say is I wish I had done it sooner. I would estimate that while shopping for something (anything) I will find it cheaper on Amazon.com about 90% of the time. Also the review system on there is extremely helpful when deciding on whether to buy something. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because there seems to be alot of "review in exchange for free item" type reviews on there lately which I am always suspicious of and would like to see Amazon address. Other than that I love them :)
Answer: I concur with all of the above answers except about the kindle. I have contacted Amazon via phone and they were very helpful.
Answer: Bought a hair dryer for my daughter in Melbourne. Arrived no probs.
Answer: Try Walmart! They deliver food too, and they accept EBT as well. I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.
Answer: I have never shipped or had things shipped to or from Australia. Sorry
Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
Answer: Yes I do on the items I purchase and also through google and sitejabber
Answer: It takes longer if you don't pay monthly for Amazon prime.
Answer: The shipping cost is in the listing if that's what you're asking. If you click on new/used, it will be below the cost. If you have Prime, most things are free shipping.
Answer: You answer on the actual question I believe.
Answer: The above answers are good - I agree that a personal contact on the phone is best. - Go to 'Your Account', then click 'Let Us Help You' -then click Help - Then 'need more help',- then click 'Contact Us' - fill out the 3 steps and choose 'more no norder questions, - then clock on phone - from there it will direct you (how long the wait etc and they call you back)
