I started using Amazon years ago to buy books. Since then I have purchased a number of new and used items. Amazon is great! Returns are efficiently handled. The usually ship right when you place your order. Mostly even the items from independent sellers are handled well and easily.

I make a list of odd items the family asks for, something I seldom use needed for a recipe, gifts coming up etc. and then set aside a few hours to peruse the site. Since we live in the country, this kind of list might be a full day of errands pre-Amazon. We are Prime members so shipping is free, and sometimes I am avoiding sales tax as well. I compare prices, look for sales or warehouse overstock and read customer feedback, while sipping a cup of coffee or iced tea. Make my choices, select my delivery options--sometimes 2 days away sometimes a week (for extra credit on future buys), and I know I can return, for free, anything unsuitable. Got to say, I'm liking this better than big stores, parking hassles, forgetting things yada yada.

I have been using wag for years! I placed an order Sept 19 for my dogs special food due to allergies! This was sent to Florida address we have not been at in almost 2 years. I have no idea why, it was my address in Illinois on order! Apology said would ship another order right away. Next thing I hear another week later is somehow this order including case of canned food was damaged! Will send another order, today I called begging them where is it! So sorry again damaged. It was obvious they did not want to pay for order that they messed up in Florida so kept this up till my dog has no allergy free food! Will never use this expensive site again after years. Use Chew much more responsible and friendly! Stay away from Wag.com.
I bought a diffuser and in less than 3 mts and all the guy said at the way have a good life what does that say about customer service.
I despise going to my local Walmart. It's 14 miles from me, overcrowded, full of associates who are not helpful, etc. I decided to try Amazon instead of going to Walhell. I decided on a prime membership because we order enough to make it worth it. Since we are both handicapped, the husband and I are delighted with the amazingly fast shipping, the excellent customer service, the huge selection of stuff that we often can't find locally in our small town, and the fact that we don't have to struggle to navigate crowds and store aisles that often are clogged up with crap.
Not happy with prime lately. Not all packages arriving in two days. Think they changed their terms

Amazon makes it super easy to access everything they have to sell. Plus, if you accidentally order or sign up for something that you thought you'd cancelled but didn't, they are super accommodating about fixing the problem!

Amazon gives very worst service and while calling they are unable to solve ur problems. They never initiate refund of defective product so don't buy any product.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
