Amazon shopping is the best to me if I need a recommendation for a product all I have to do is submit an email to customer service and within 48 hours I have that recommendation it's easier faster than going to your local department store in my opinion

Hi guys, I want share some experience about my shopping in Amazon they gave a offer like motog4play with power bank I paid for both on the time of delivery I got only mobile power bank is not there I enquired so many times there is no reply from Amazon finally I got message that your order is delivered successfully with power bank it is totally fraudulent activity I try to contact them so many times they are showing their own tricks in conversation. Please prove that how powerful costumers pls don't buy anything with this people. This is my experience i will never suggest this website to my friends & relatives
Anything and everything can be found on Amazon. And with Amazon Smile, a portion of everything we buy benefits our charity of choice (our church). Prime shipping also gives us the convenience of quick shipping.
Amazon now has a new service through Prime, called Prime Reading. Great idea, but if you have a family membership, and why would a husband and wife have anything but that, only the original member can borrow, and they can't share those books. As the 2nd person on the account, called an invitee, they are happy to have me purchase items through Amazon, but as far as book borrowing, or kindle first? No, I can't. What is it really costing them to allow me to borrow those books? Thankfully their offerings aren't anything that great, and I do have access to 2 different library systems, but maybe this is a reason to look into getting a Nook next rather than a kindle.
4-6 days shipping because it's what I could afford. I did not realize that meant they would sit on the package only shipping it on the 5 day to deliver it on the 6th. Felt kind of screwed. Since they could have shipped it any time but instead punished me for being poor.
I have bought several things through amazon and have been thoroughly pleased with every purchase. Only one time did a package arrive late and then it was weather related. Very pleased with my dealings here :)
Since Amazon attempts to be a one-stop shop, you don't always get the best. Third party vendors make it more difficult to shop for or return items because each seller has different policies regarding shipping. It's not all upfront, and the appearance of the Amazon site doesn't change when you pick items from vendors versus Amazon. Like there's no signal that says, "Hey, you're buying from Amazon, you're buying from BooksAhoy, CrapShoesAlabama, and ConnorY1983. Is that ok? They will charge you for shipping, they will charge you to return the items you buy, and these guys ARE NOT fulfilled by Amazon." Also, Amazon desperately wants you to be a Prime Member, raising the cost of free shipping from $25 to $35 to $49. Now, that doesn't include books, either. You have to spend $25 on books alone to get free shipping on books. And still find stuff adding to $49 to get free shipping on the entire order, that is if you don't have Prime. It's just not customer-friendly anymore.
I check Amazon even when I find a product elsewhere. At least 75% of the time, Amazon sells for less and usually delivers faster.
I use Amazon almost exclusively for buying books. I am not an E reader and love to buy the hard copy. I have had excellent satisfaction with the books and service I have received from the sellers on Amazon. Most of the books I buy are listed as good condition and arrive looking almost brand new. Highly recommend for this purpose.
I shop a lot at Amazon and always feel confident with the service policies, the speedy delivery and reviews of products. They are a 1st class operation.

There's a reason Amazon is killing their competition. They care about their customers. I bought a 60" Vizio (not new) from Amazon and it developed a problem. Amazon sent two men and a new TV that they installed and took away the defective one. I've returned several products, some because I ordered in error. No problem. You really can't go wrong with Amazon. I feel sorry for other retailers.
I've been a customer of Amazon for 10 years and they are the best place to shop on the entire internet. Returns are a breeze, stock is awesome, customer service is without peer.
Always have great luck. Prices are good and it takes awhile to find customer service or live chat on the site but once you fumble through the customer service has always been stellar

I have been using this site for a while, shopping for a variety of products. Each time I use the site, I find what I want easily, and navigate site without any problems I have only had minimal problems that were quickly resolved.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
