Whenever I have 2-5 days to wait for a delivery of an item, I go to Amazon to check availability and price. 90% of the time Amazon beats out every other offer on-line, as well as what's avialble locally. This platform will continue to be a great source of products for my family for years to come! :)

Amazon has a vast variety of items for your household, business, etc. There are many options for shipping and the website interface is acceptable. The only downside is that you cannot make payments with Paypal directly through the site. That does not bring down its 5-star-review. Their support representatives are the most helpful you'll ever find. I have made many transactions and orders with Amazon, and I am not disappointed.

They sent the wrong item, i called the cancel my order and told me they would only refund me after they had received the item back. I just wanted them to send my stuff as i ordered it, however they cancel my order and told me i had to start over. Talked to 2 supervises and they did not do a thing. I dont think I will shop here again. 7-10 business days before they refund your money.
Asking for a refunds - they did it on the spot and throughout the experience the customer service operator was very helpful.
OK some sellers don't respond to your email but amazon customer service step in and sort the issue out.

I ordered a small round frame as advertised on Amazon website, I received a square frame instead; I asked if I could return it and get a refund, to do so I would have had to send the frame back to America, the postage from Australia to USA was more than the cost of the frame; the order number was: Order #**************823 so I had to keep the frame which is useless to me.
I mainly just publish comic strip books for free with them now. Although you can generate 70 % of what you charge for your books in sales by choosing the 70-percent option for the $2.99-$9.99 range, overall sales have plummeted for me here the last four years plus they don't provide your views tally; consequently, I had to move most of my books to another market. On the bright side, you can possibly get a $1500 advance by using their Kindle Scout program as a member; however, your submission must have at least 50,000 words and fall into a certain category. Minus getting a sale, you will generate revenue for each page of one of your books that someone reads on their Kindle but it is usually pennies literally. I give them strong credit for publishing your submission within 12 hours.
