We ordered way in advance to our company opening date to ensure we get these items on time. Tracking showed to have shipped and delivered to our studio and we never got it. Then we were told it would be there again 2 days later, we got one box with fabreeze. Then we called again to tell them the rest wasn't received when we got an email asking if we got the entire delivery, they reshipped the whole order and said it would be here by the next day (yesterday) (and said they were out of stock on a few items we had in original order)and today (2 days later) we got one box with one little bottle of tea tree oil when we ordered over 25 items! We open in TWO days and dont have these when we ordered 3 weeks ago! Never ordering again from here! We have a valid address and everywhere else we order from (over 15 companies) got our deliveries on time! We spent over $200 on you guys and were gonna make it a monthly reoccuring order! NEVER WILL WE ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN.
I love everything about Amazon.com. Roughly 5k spent this past year and never had a problem with delivery, cost or returns.

I have bought a ton of stuff on amazon.com. I actually do all my holiday shopping here and have always found great prices and quality products. Of course you need to read the reviews and ratings of sellers to be safe, but in doing that I've managed to find great deals. I would highly recommend amazon.com to anyone who has never used it. I stay with the free membership and pay the extra for two day shipping if I need something fast. Why pay extra if you're not going to use it, right?
I really like being a prime member I love being able to get today shipping along with free music videos. I can also do all of my shopping at one time.

Simply the best for buying anything. Be careful with sellers, usually this issue is tracked by their rep, so you know whether the seller is trustworthy or not. Concerning Amazon itself - not a single issue in couple years of using.
The never have proper deliveries, sometimes they deliver to Italy and sometimes they dont.
They very seldom deliver to South Africa which is very frustrating.
Got carton of boxes, only got 1 box. Seller would not send rest of carton, took forever to get ahold of Amazon CS to take care of this issue... still waiting for refund!

Amazon has totally changed my buying patterns. I make two thirds of my personal, non-food and non-automative purchases on Amazon.
I love shopping at Amazon as you can find a variety of things you need from clothing to electronics to household items. You will get a great online shopping experience.
I order from Amazon often, and am mostly satisfied with the results. I've had a few issues with their in-house delivery company, and a few with their outside sellers (I've bought and reordered compression socks that should all be the same size but aren't), but they've usually handled the problems expeditiously. I do think that they boost the prices of their Prime merchandise to compensate for the 'free' shipping, and being Prime no longer seems to necessarily still mean 2-day shipping, but I decided to accept that.
Amazon.com is like shopping in a hyper market where you can buy everything you need from one place

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
